I had an old motor that was working great but I needed a remote. I called Precision and the office told me that all the technicians should have a remote that will work on just about any opener. She scheduled me an appointment for late that day. Brian arrived and had no problem getting his remote to operate the door so I thought maybe itd be best to buy two and have them programmed while he was here. Precision did a great job.

Great service. Quick and with little disruption to my schedule. Tech. was friendly and helpful explaining problem and offered clear suggestions for improvement. Even changed the overhead burned out light bulb without using a ladder. Funny, I usually have to crawl on top of my car. Thanks!
