Jason S was very good with communication. Told us when he would arrive, and actually came earlier than we thought. He was quick to fix the broken spring we had and cleaned up his mess as well. Was very professional and I would definitely ask for him back if I should happen to have any other issues.

Excellent, efficient service from Victor the service technician. Very much a gentleman and knowledgeable about the service that was rendered. We used this company 10 years ago and were pleased enough then to call back for assistance.

Garage door opener breaks and it's late in the afternoon. Just great, I figure that I will have to wait until tomorrow at the soonest to get someone out for a repair. Made the call and they said they could be out between 4-8 today, now I'm feeling better. Twenty minutes later I get a call and Stan will be here in 30 minutes, now I'm feeling great. Stan arrives and checks things out, explains to me what needs to be done, and explains costs and options, Stan goes right to work. At this point I am completely surprised and satisfied by all aspects of my dealings with Precision Door. Thank You Stan

Fast, friendly and professional service. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I noticed that I had 2 broken springs and from the time I placed the initial call, until my garage door was fixed, was less than 3 hours! And I live out in the boonies. I was very extremely happy with the service and the repair and highly recommend to everyone.

Very professional. My one recommendation would be to call your customers with an estimated time of arrival prior to the appointment. I had to contact the company twice myself to find out when they would be here. As it turned out, they were later than the estimated time, which would have been nice to know.

I would recommend Precision doors to any one that needs a new garage door. The main reason is there customer service & they stand behind there doors. I had a new door installed and unfortunately It broke. When I call Precision doors to tell they what happened they where very apologetic about it & told me that they would send someone out to see what happened. There tech. told me that they would replace everything. Not to many complains would do this, they would give some reason on how they would try to fix it without replacing it. There techs are very knowledgeable & very professional as well as polite.

I would like to commend your technician Tom Broz for his Professionalism, Friendliness & knowledge. Also the great job he did in installing the garage door. He made sure before he left that we where completely satisfied with the installation of the garage door. One other thing that impressed us was how he made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I have to say because of his knowledge about garage doors and not trying to get us buy the most expensive one out there . We choose your company. Your follow up & update info on your installers was very impressive. We did really appreciate the fact that you did your best to get our door as soon as possible. One day sooner than expected. We where really impressed with your customer service. Sincerely Bill & Janice Kimble

I'm happy with the service provided. Our door fell apart on Saturday and it was fixed today Monday. My service was originally assigned to a tech by the name of Victor. Not sure for what reason but then it was re-assigned to a tech called Sergio. The best part is that I received a call from both technicians. early in the morning from Victor, he was very polite and nice gave me estimated time of arrival. Then when the job was re-assigned to Sergio I also received a call form him and kept on going communication. I was not there once he got there, but my husband said everything is working great now. Truly appreciated it. I'm happy and will definitely use your company again.

First and foremost, Trevor, our technician, was amazing. We have a very heavy double car garage door that had a broken spring on top, and both cables on either side of the garage door were kaput and needed replacing. Both of our cars were trapped inside the garage and I didnt think Trevor would be able to work in such tight quarters. I was wrong: he was very stealth and precise and managed to maneuver around both cars and get everything fixed. In addition to the broken door, and the trapped cars, we honestly didn't think we'd find someone on the weekend, but Trevor showed up when expected with a smile on his face and everything was repaired and good as new in less than an hour! He is very professinal, efficient, thorough with his inspection and explanation, and a sincerely nice guy. I would highly recommend Precision Doors for your garage door troubles, and definitely ask for Trevor. He's the best, without a doubt. Very pleased customer!
