Our garage door is working well again. Mike was here within the expected time window and quickly took care of the needed maintenance. Other than it being expensive, I have no complaints.

5 stars. Mike arrived on time, explained our problem to my satisfaction, expeditiously replaced 3 overhead horizontal springs, including the one broken in two pieces (12 years of service, so, good use of my original door). Prophylactically replaced the still operational 12 year old spring on my third door (a single garage door) with recommended bearings, all in less than 2 hours. Doors operate quieter than ever. Very satisfied.

We had a new garage door opener installed. The service was prompt and courteous. After a thorough inspection the estimator, Greg gave an appropriate estimate, listening to our needs and giving us all the data we needed to make a quick decision. Greg knew what he was doing. The installation went very well and we now have a very quiet, smooth operating garage door opener. Thank you, Greg.

We just had this garage door system installed by Martin, and he did a great job. It worked great for 3 days, and we knocked the reversing sensors out of alignment. Martin came back and reset them. He also adjusted the door to fit better. This is a great system.

I had an old motor that was working great but I needed a remote. I called Precision and the office told me that all the technicians should have a remote that will work on just about any opener. She scheduled me an appointment for late that day. Brian arrived and had no problem getting his remote to operate the door so I thought maybe itd be best to buy two and have them programmed while he was here. Precision did a great job.

Great service. Quick and with little disruption to my schedule. Tech. was friendly and helpful explaining problem and offered clear suggestions for improvement. Even changed the overhead burned out light bulb without using a ladder. Funny, I usually have to crawl on top of my car. Thanks!
