I wish all techs and service people were as nice to work with as Brandon. He explained everything and was very thorough. Made sure everything worked great before he left. Did the job in half the time expected. He replaced the springs and cables, also replaced the back up battery in the motor in case of power outage. I highly recommend Precision.

The employee sent had much experience. He explained what he was doing very well, and showed me how to maintain the garage door. He gave me prices for what I may need in the future. The information I received two years ago, by another employee, was confirmed at this last visit. I had 2 springs, 1 cable, and 10 rollers replaced.

Technician Dylan called prior to arrival and diagnosed the issue with my opener quickly. He provided pricing on three options and explained the pros and cons of each, after which he completed the replacement and installation of my opener. We were very pleased with the service. We’ve seen their commercials and decided to give them a call. They responded quickly, set up an appointment and had our garage door fixed the same day. Our technician was Miles. Pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and no pressure. He explained everything prior to installation and went over the new system completely before he left. Even the installation was quick. Prices were fair and warranty is good.

Terrible company. Scheduled to have them come out and look at my garage door thats not opening. They gave me a 4 hour window to show up at 2pm. I get a text about my technician, but no arrival. At around 4pm I get an email asking for a review, and an invoiced signed in my name that’s not me. I call the first time to see what happened, and get a “I’ll have the technician call you”. No call an hour later. Then call again and a new customer service rep gets combative telling me they were out there, took a picture of the garage, and had my signed invoice. They had a needless adversarial attitude. They then said they would escalate of which I have yet to receive a call back. Terrible service, terrible company seemingly.

Excellent service, the tech, Brandon Vanwhy called to say he was on his way. when he arrived he introduced himself. i told him the problem and he checked the door and it's parts. He explained and showed me the problem. We went over what needed to be done and the costs. Very professional. Completed the work on time and cleaned up the garage. Very good experience.

Brandon Vanwhy called me at the beginning of my service window to let me know aproximately when he would arrive. Very helpful. I have a 21 year old garage door and the motor acts up often and always struggles. Brandon did a thorough inspection and made his recomendations. I did have him replace all the mechanics for the door. It now runs smoothly and quietly! He also sent me an estimate for the replacement of the door (bent in places and putting a strain on the mechanism) and options for a new door... which I will review with my daughter and we will place the order to replace the door.
