The tech that came to our house was wonderful! He let me know when he would arrive, and was here exactly when he said he would be. He explained everything he was doing, and even liked our little dogs!! He had the whole spring job done in about an hour. His name is Jason. Even the receptionist, Karen, who made the appointment for us, was more than kind & helpful. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs!!

The technician diagnosed the problem and suggested a replacement for our very old garage door opener. We are pleased with the new opener which is much quieter than the original lift mechanism and has many improved features. The technician was prepared to install the opener, worked efficiently, and left the garage area clean and free of debris. It was a five star experience!

Alex F. arrived at the time scheduled and he quickly replaced the broken hinge on our garage door. The replacement hinge was of much better quality than the one replaced. He was courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

I chose Precision Garage Doors because they have done work in my neighborhood in years past. i would give Precision 5 stars. Javier installed an 8 ft. garage door and a new garage door opener. It was a positive experience. Javier was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and confident. He demonstrated a high level of experience the whole installation. I called for a repair late on Wednesday night, got an appointment b/t 2-6pm the next day. Russ showed up at 2pm. He was very professional & friendly and explained every thing he was was doing for diagnostics and repair. He replaced (3) broken hinges, removed/reattached the sensors, and reprogrammed a new remote control unit. I am currently remodeling my house and going to replace the garage door (installed in 1991) and use the direct drive wall unit. Russ pointed out ways to remodel the garage to make the the new door and the direct drive unit easier to install. Next year I'll be getting a new garage door.....I know who I'll be calling for that - Russ and Precision Garage Door.... 5 star rating all the way.....

Good service is really hard to find these days. Today, Victor and Neil came to my house to repair my garage door. They both were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Victor was our technician and he provided outstanding service. Our tenant had moved out of our rental unit and left the garage door broken. We had driven up from San Diego to deal with the situation. We called Precision that morning and they not only provided same day service but came a bit early which allowed us to return to San Diego without a long delay. Our garage door is back in service and I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Sales rep inspected our current gargage door and was able to give us a large variety of possible solutions to our door problem. With the options given we decided a whole new door and opener was the best way to go. We looked at several bids, Precision Door was not the cheapest however, they were the most thorough and professional. Not only did you get me same day service, Jason was amazing from the first contact. Jason called me from his previous job, and again when he was close to my home. He was punctual, professional and very polite, he quickly got my new opener, (Which I absolutely LOVE) installed, got my vehicles paired to the new opener, and would not leave until all my questions were answered, he even answered questions that my neighbors had! I do have one suggestion, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! He deserves it!
