The employee sent had much experience. He explained what he was doing very well, and showed me how to maintain the garage door. He gave me prices for what I may need in the future. The information I received two years ago, by another employee, was confirmed at this last visit. I had 2 springs, 1 cable, and 10 rollers replaced.

Terrible company. Scheduled to have them come out and look at my garage door thats not opening. They gave me a 4 hour window to show up at 2pm. I get a text about my technician, but no arrival. At around 4pm I get an email asking for a review, and an invoiced signed in my name that’s not me. I call the first time to see what happened, and get a “I’ll have the technician call you”. No call an hour later. Then call again and a new customer service rep gets combative telling me they were out there, took a picture of the garage, and had my signed invoice. They had a needless adversarial attitude. They then said they would escalate of which I have yet to receive a call back. Terrible service, terrible company seemingly.

Unprofessional tech - customer service skills need some polishing. There was no mention of a $65.00 mandatory service fee when I booked the appointment. Not until after the tech showed-up I was told about the fee. The tech kept trying to sell me an unneeded complete new garage door. Don't trust these guys.. Use Mesa Garage Door - I called them afterwards. No service fee, professional tech.

I started the day with a broken garage door spring. Not good news. My first call was Precision Garage Door Service. The associate who answered the telephone was friendly and helpful. The first bit of good news was her scheduling me for an appointment the same afternoon. The second bit of good news was having Garrett Marshall as my service technician. He arrived as scheduled, and may possibly be one of the most kind people on the planet. Garrett examined the door and went over the issues including the springs. Prior to his arrival I had already decided I wanted to replace the entire aged opener, and Garrett went over all of those options as well. I very much appreciated that he gave me all of the options with pricing and attributes, and there was no attempt to upsell. The job was completed in a timely manner and the garage was left tidy. A big thanks to Garrett. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
