Vic had assesed the problem with my door in no time. Explained what was needed and the cost. During the repairs he explained to me what and why he was doing. After repairs made he inspected the entire door and opener. Excellent job and door operates perfectly...thanks

I had an emergency: a broken spring (single) on the garage door. Called for repair and got Mike out to make the repair within an hour. The repair was done also within an hour. Mike was courteous and very good at what he does. After replacing the singe spring with dual springs, he made some adjustments to make the opener work more efficiently and quieter (got me to replace my old plastic rollers with polyurethane rollers.) For this emergency, I couldn't have been happier to have Precision to do the work.

Insurance was important so were the discounts offered both the senior citizen discount and coupon offered through facebook. Found company in phone book and based on presentation of the quality and professional ad we decided to go with Precision. All conversations with the receptionist and service man were very pleasant and you could tell they were concerned for the customer. Service Man was extremely enjoyable to have around.....great personality!!!! Mike called us by our first name and he CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS! HE IS A KEEPER!!!! The technician identified the problem immediately and replaced the springs in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative about the companies products and services. I would recommend them highly. I called another garage door place and they told me that a technician wouldn't be out to me the next day even though they said same day service in yellow pages. I next called Precision Garage and they sent the technician the same day.
