Minor adjustments were required to keep our wonderful garage doors working properly. We contacted Precision Garage Door of Simi Valley (the original installers) and received an appointment that easily fit into our schedule. Vic, our original contact with Precision Garage Door, came out as scheduled and corrected the minor problem, which had to do with the rail alignment. We were very pleased with Vic because of his knowledge and professionalism. We have recommended Precision Garage Door of Simi Valley in the past, and we will continue to do so in the future. Tech, Mike, showed within time frame I was given for appt. He explained to me everything he would do. A spring broke and as stated on their website they would be replacing both since they were 8 years old. Mike worked fast and efficient. Would definitely call them again for any garage door needs. The only glitch I had was I requested an appt online an the e-mail did not get to the appropriate person until after 1pm the next day. Per the automated e-mail response I called in the morning when I had not heard from anyone.

Mike arrived at our home within the promised window. He quickly analyzed our door problem as primarily springs and bearings, and gave us an estimated cost. He recommended nylon rollers which we agreed to have installed as well. He worked efficiently, and the door works well.

I had an emergency: a broken spring (single) on the garage door. Called for repair and got Mike out to make the repair within an hour. The repair was done also within an hour. Mike was courteous and very good at what he does. After replacing the singe spring with dual springs, he made some adjustments to make the opener work more efficiently and quieter (got me to replace my old plastic rollers with polyurethane rollers.) For this emergency, I couldn't have been happier to have Precision to do the work.
