We called for service at 4pm. The receptionist was very patient and accommodating in arranging for the technician to arrive sooner rather than later. Mike, the same technician who had repaired the garage door opener and door 2 years prior, arrived within a half hour. Unfortunatley , the opener could not be repaired this time and Mike had to install a new unit. Mike was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable, just as he had been the first time. We had every confidence that we were in good hands. He is trustworthy, reliable, and skilled in his trade. Our door was working within a few hours. Thank you for making the experience stress free!

Danny came 10/31 at around 8 am to my home. My garage door had a broken spring. He worked very hard for about 3 hours to get it fixed. After many attempts and a broken window glass, he had to give up. At about 4;30 pm, Louis showed up to try his luck. After about 30 minutes, the door was fixed and now works correctly. In fact, he is going to order and install the new glass. Overall I am very pleased with the timely repair and the attitudes of the 2 repairmen. It is unfortunate that there were problems with the job, but they are taking care of it. Thank you Steve Schiff

After our garage door suddenly and unexpectedly broke, I was thrilled that Precision was able to send out a technician on a Friday afternoon. Besides the fact that my car was trapped inside the garage, due to the garage door coming off it's track and hanging precariously, we also needed to somehow get the door closed before we were leaving to go out of town very early the next morning. Tony showed up at 5:30pm on a rainy Friday night and despite the less than perfect conditions he greeted us cheerfully and gave us full confidence that he could assist us. He quickly gave us estimates for all options of repair in addition upon our request of providing us with pricing for a new door. The prices were very reasonable so we ordered new doors and Tony was able to stabilize the current door until our new ones can be installed in a couple of days. So easy! I was more concerned about Tony and his long commute down the rain-soaked 5 freeway on a Friday night during rush hour but he kept his cheerful attitude throughout. Thanks Tony for your great service!
