I am happy with the speed of service, but would have liked it if the opertor had told me ahead of time that there would be a $50 service charge, even though I have my opener less than a year. I expected that the warrenty would apply and was unprepared for such a large charge.

Happy we bought new doors from Precision! We had several companies give us estimates and were very impressed with Mike's presentation and the product we chose. Sergio came and installed the doors three days later and we then knew we made the right chose. A friendly phone staff, professional technician and experienced installer equals one happy customer!!

I'd just like to say that 5 STARS are NOT ENOUGH!!! What an incredibly polished and well-managed business structure. I got awesome garage-door-issue resolution so very FAST!! Great congenial personnel on the phones,too. Rachel set up my appointment. About a half an hour after getting off the phone and making the appointment I decided to go move my car so the technician would have room to work. Martin, the technician, was already driving up with a great big smile. He was a first-class pro right from the start. Got the job done in record time. And such a great attitude about applying his skills and experience to GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!! We called Precision at 9:30pm on a Friday and expected them to schedule an appointment for the following day but to our surprise a technician was able to show up with in an hour. Our door was stuck open and very crooked so needless to say we slept alot better that night knowing the door wasn't open all night. No extra charge for after hours service!

He called prior to arriving, came in, diagnosed the problem, corrected the situation, and was gone in a short time. We used your company last year to replace broken springs, and we decided to also replace cables and track rollers. This week we needed to replace the header boards above our garage door because of carpenter ant damage. Martin came out to temporarily unbolt the garage door assembly from the header above the door so the carpenters could rebuild the front of our garage. When the new headers were installed the next day, Martin returned to reconnect the door assembly to the front of our garage. We are delighted with your service. You sent email confirmations of our appointments and your service folks arrived on time. Great job!

Garage spring broke on a Sunday. Service person came out about an hour after the call, I thought that was pretty impressive. Garage door was fixed and price was reasonable. Martin was very professional. Would use Precision again if needed.

We were looking for custom wood garage doors that would compliment our new remodel. We scheduled several estimates and surveyed many different products, ultimately settling on an unexpected budget for new carriage house wood doors. We scheduled one more estimate, with Precision, recommended by a close friend. We explained that we had several quotes and were not necessarily looking for the cheapest deal we could find. We were truly trying to find a good product with limited maintenance. Mike came out the following day and proposed a better idea than any of the previous gentlemen. A quieter, longer lasting, steelback fully insulated door with any custom wood design we wanted on the front. Did I mention it was half the price of the wood doors!! We began the designing process right away and had 2 beautiful doors installed 3 weeks later. Since our install, 3 neighbors have ordered doors from Precision. The manager, Sam called back a couple of weeks after our install to follow up and make sure we were happy. Great experience from beginning to end.
