I had a cable come off the guide wheel on my garage door yesterday morning. I called Precision Garage Door around noon, and today Miles came out and repaired it. He explained what needed to be done and completed the work quickly and efficiently and then lubricated all areas and adjusted the garage door opener before he left. We reached out to Precision for a new garage door to replace our 30 year old door. We had connected with a few other companies and they were simply lacking in our high standards we sought and desired. From start to order, both the website and communication has been excellent. Scheduled the appt online with ease - txts followed immediately. Miles, txt us this morning that he was close by and on his way for an on time appt. He was warm, personable, polished and knowledgeable. Precision had everything we needed to view in order to make our decision and, coupled with Miles long association with Precision, he was able to answer all our questions. Once we had discussed all options - our decision was easy. Have ordered our door - will be built and we do look forward to a great install and relationship with Precision of Simi Valley. Internet search for local garage door repair. You answered quickly, were rapidly available on follow up phone calls, and it was easy to make an appointment for estimate and repair at my convenience. Your technician Garret called in the morning of our afternoon appt. and indicated he would be at our home at the start of the "window" of 1-5 pm and in fact arrived just a bit earlier than that after a confirmatory phone call. Very pleasant and professional, he looked over the busted spring I had noted, then inspected the entire system. He reviewed his inspection with me pointing out various potential future problems that should be watched for, and that the weather stripping at the door base was completely worn out (I had noted that also). He then provided 3 estimates; fixing the problem I had called for (adding the weather stripping at my request), and two additional scopes of work. No pressure, just options. I chose the first option, with solid costs noted for each one. He completed the work in 1.5 hours as per his estimate and the result is very satisfactory. I will call again when/if further repairs on either of our garage doors is needed (eg end of life of openers, now 20 years old). I would readily recommend this company to anyone.

Had issues with the garage door malfunctioning. Precision Door came out identified the issue and completed a tune up of the system. I had them replace the rollers on the door and now the garage door operates like brand new and very quiet. Very pleased with Garrett their technician who did an awesome job.

They charged me $277 just to come out with 2 new garage openers and program them in less than 15 minutes. No major work done. Called the service man back within 5 minutes because the door stopped working. He identified a loose wire but did nothing to secure the wire. I cannot recommend this company because it is obvious that they only care about profit.

My Liftmaster garage door opens by itself, made an appointment on July20. The technician did visual check my motor and remote control and re-programmed it but did not solve the problem. It all happened in about 15 mins and I get billed afterwards. Its a waste of time and money.

It was Labor Day holiday and we needed the broken spring repair done as soon as possible. With Precision Door 24/7 call center we reached an associate who was able to book an appointment for next day between 8am – 12pm. as all available slots for the current day were taken. Within an hour of our initial call, a representative called to let us know he had a technician that was available between 12 – 4 current day. Dylan called us when he was two stops away and would call once he was headed to our residence. They arrived at 2:00. Our technicians Dylan and Brandon did a professional job. They inspected the door, springs and hinges. We were given three repair options. We chose the most comprehensive one. The repair was completed soon than expected. When they were done the door worked better than it had in years. We highly recommend Precision Door. Everyone was professional and courteous and exceeded our expectations.

MY GARAGE DOOR GUY THAT I NORMALLY USE WAS UNAVAILABLE THIS MORNING SO FOR THE SECOND TIME IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION I CONTACTED PRECISION AND IN LESS THAN FOUR HOURS AFTER I MADE MY CALL I HAD A NEW DOOR OPENER INSTALLED ALONG WITH REMOTES PROGRAMMED AND WI-FI SETUP ON OUR PHONES. I came home this morning and when I closed my garage door, I heard a loud pop and bang. I walked into the garage to see the door spring in 2 pieces. I called Precision and before very long Miles Herrera was here. I informed him of a time crunch I had and he immediately assessed the situation and went to work. We talked while he disassembled and then reassembled the spring mechanisms. As I watched him work, we talked about the benefits of a new door and I decided that a replacement door was in order. Miles finished the job and cleaned up the site with plenty of time for me to get to my appointment. I highly recommend Miles and am very happy with the work that he did, and Precision Overhead Garage Door has another happy customer because of him.

My first contact was your receptionist which was a very good first start! Miles was our technician and a great guy to work with. I had replaced the door wheels and somehow the cable came loose and I couldn't get it all back together. He repaired my attempt to put things right and we decided a new belt drive motor was a good idea. What a difference. The rattling, grinding noise in the garage is gone and is a very quiet operation now. Worth every dollar. Thank you Precision Door
