I talked yo Miles Herrera a few months ago while he was repairing my neighbors garage door, and was polite and informative and gave me his card which I kept. I saw him last Saturday once again at my neighbors and asked him to come by and look at my door because I was thinking of getting a quieter motor which he did came back the same day and I have a new opener which is exactly what I wanted. My hats off to your company for a great young man. He knows his stuff and is an asset to Precision doors.

Great experience! I was dreading getting my garage door fixed but it was a pleasant experience. My tech. was super nice and knowledgable and he clearly explained my different options. Best of all he was able to fix my door today and within an hour! I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

In an attempt to sync my garage door remote to my car I botched the job and my garage door would only open 3/4's of the way. Russ came in and knocked it out quickly and had me on my way to work far sooner than I anticipated. very informative. Will call precision first for all future garage door needs.

Today, August 18,2017 I had to call Precision Door Service, at the moment that they answered my call, I talked to Carlos, and asked him for help. He did the best effort to answer my needs, in a matter of minutes he sent Russ B Trumpy and another technician to my home. They did an excellent job in the installation of a new motor in my garage door. I would recommend your company to my family and friends.

Extremely professional. Excellent communications in setting appointment, scheduling, messages, on their way and arrival. Once here, setup, investigation of not only the symptoms, but actual cause of problem! Last company butchered our spring, bearing and pole system. Precision diagnosed cause and corrected. Door is working as new. Thank you for great experience. Worth the cost.

I chose Pricision after reading the customer reveiws. I am not a fan of the 4 hr window because like so many others I have to work. Russell did did great showing up on the early side of my window. He was professional, informative and quick allowing me to get on with my day. I will soon need a new garage door and will be calling Pricision again.

This was my first time using Precision. I had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend using them again. Mike, my technician, was very professional. I was very impressed with Russ. He was very professional, knowledgable, and skilled. He was able to repair our garage door quickly yet he was thorough. And this was despite the fact that he had been working a very long day. While I appreciated that the repair was accomplished the same day I called, I wish the office could have given me a better idea of when to expect Russ to arrived.

Scheduled an appointment, within a day Russ came out told be what I needed and was ready to do it on the spot ! Due to timing I couldn't do it but he came back the next morning and knocked it out in a couple hours ! I was vary impressed with the quality of work and customer service. I had a new motor installed and a door rebuild and couldn't be happier !!

I had Mike come out and repair our broken torsion spring which was about 12 years old and failed due to metal fatigue. Mike clearly explained the process to me and he was he was very professional and quick. I was very surprised and pleased that Daniel and Frank were able to arrive before the scheduled 2-hour window - it freed up the rest of my day! They were both courteous and thorough, and explained to me exactly what was needed to repair my opener. They completed the job quickly and swept debris from my garage floor before leaving. Mike and Joey provided excellent service. As can happen,they got tied up on a job ahead of mine, but were good enough to call in a timely manner to let me know. Their attitude and professionalism really came through. The performed a complete inspection, despite my only needing replacement of a burnt out motor, and performed minor maintenance free of additional charge. I would definately use Precision again if needed.
