I talked yo Miles Herrera a few months ago while he was repairing my neighbors garage door, and was polite and informative and gave me his card which I kept. I saw him last Saturday once again at my neighbors and asked him to come by and look at my door because I was thinking of getting a quieter motor which he did came back the same day and I have a new opener which is exactly what I wanted. In an attempt to sync my garage door remote to my car I botched the job and my garage door would only open 3/4's of the way. He did the best effort to answer my needs, in a matter of minutes he sent Russ B Trumpy and another technician to my home. They did an excellent job in the installation of a new motor in my garage door. I would recommend your company to my family and friends.

I chose Pricision after reading the customer reveiws. I am not a fan of the 4 hr window because like so many others I have to work. Russell did did great showing up on the early side of my window.
