Scheduled an appointment, within a day Russ came out told be what I needed and was ready to do it on the spot ! Due to timing I couldn't do it but he came back the next morning and knocked it out in a couple hours ! I was vary impressed with the quality of work and customer service. I had a new motor installed and a door rebuild and couldn't be happier !!

I had Mike come out and repair our broken torsion spring which was about 12 years old and failed due to metal fatigue. Mike clearly explained the process to me and he was he was very professional and quick. Mike was knowledgeable and very easy to speak with and ask questions. i would definitely use Precision Door in the future.

I was very surprised and pleased that Daniel and Frank were able to arrive before the scheduled 2-hour window - it freed up the rest of my day! They were both courteous and thorough, and explained to me exactly what was needed to repair my opener. They completed the job quickly and swept debris from my garage floor before leaving. I'm very satisfied - Daniel and Frank were great to work with and will definitely recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.

Mike and Joey provided excellent service. As can happen,they got tied up on a job ahead of mine, but were good enough to call in a timely manner to let me know. Their attitude and professionalism really came through. The performed a complete inspection, despite my only needing replacement of a burnt out motor, and performed minor maintenance free of additional charge. I would definately use Precision again if needed.

I found you on the internet and the 5-star ratings made me call you. I was impressed with the technician, Vic. He called early to confirm the appointment, was on time and very professional. He fixed my garage on the spot within an hour. I will be calling again in a year to schedule a maintenance check, as was recommended

I do not usually write comments. I had set up an appointment then decided to do it myself. Vic called to check on me and offered phone assistance if needed, because changing springs is extremely dangerous, he had my safety in mind. V.C. door company gave me wrong springs. Vic called the next day asking how it was going. 1 hour later I asked him to do my springs. Absolutely the best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with almost ever. Job was done quick and given a couple of pointers on maintenance. I very rarely let somebody do, what I can do myself. Make sure you get Vic to do your repair. Top notch and I'm hard to please.

We were expecting a big bill at the end of the work. It seems like everything is a minimum thousand dollar repair these days. We were first surprised when they confirmed the appointment by email and then showed up on time. Our second surprise was the price of the service...fair and reasonable. What a breath of fresh air. This company has its act together. They are tech savvy and know how to operate in today's world. Great job!

I was very impressed with Russ. He was very professional, knowledgable, and skilled. He was able to repair our garage door quickly yet he was thorough. And this was despite the fact that he had been working a very long day. While I appreciated that the repair was accomplished the same day I called, I wish the office could have given me a better idea of when to expect Russ to arrived.
