Dear Chuck, Your installer Luis is an asset to your company and because of his knowledge I've given you a five star rating. After having two men out to measure the garage door, both incorrectly, Luis came out on the third try and got everything correct and the new door works great!! Perhaps you should train your measuring staff how to do this portion of the job correctly then you would have less delays and happier customers. Your other employees were very cordial and professional just lacking in experience...in need of better training !! Thank Luis for saving the day !!

I found Precision Garage Door online by google search it. I chose it because of the excellent reviews I saw online. I called one of the local numbers and was scheduled immediately. Mike, the senior technician showed up on time. He gave me a couple of options of fixing my broken garage door, and I chosed installing a new one. The quote is very reasonable, and Mike explained it to me very clearly. The crew came and installed my new garage door the very next day. Everything was fine when the crew left, but a day later, I heard an unusual 'Boon' noise everytime when I try to lift my garage door. I called Precision Garage immediately, and was scheduled with Mike for another appointment again. He came on time, and fixed my problem immediately and professionally. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage door Service, the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the crew who help me installing the garage door has poor English communication skills and reluctantly to do more work which is the work they supposed to do. After they left, I found several screws scattered on the floor and my driveway which is a potentrial hazard to my tires. Overall, I like Precision Door service, friendly and efficient customer service, professional and knowledgeable technicians.

Your repairman arrived earlier than promised, evaluated the problem, made the necessary repair, checked the remainder of the garage door operating system, and was finished very quickly. We had used your company some time ago and retained the phone number. Good thinking on our part!

The technician who came to help was Russ but his name is not in the drop down list for some reason. Russ did a good job. He explained what needed to be done and mentioned roughly how much the cost will be first. It took him just over an hour to fix the garage door cables, number 3 hinge and a bracket. There are 2 issues with this appointment and I lower the 5-satr rating to 3-star. 1. I was scheduled for 4 to 6 PM appointment on Sunday but Russ arrived at 2 PM right before I went out for some chores. If I missed him, I would have to reschedule it and who knows when I will get my garage door fixed. Luckily, he arrived one minute before I took off. Russ said he didn't know why this happened. 2. When I was on the phone with the support personnel, I was told the service call fee ($49.95) will be waived if my service is more than $100. The final expense Russ provided me was over $300 but the service call fee was not waived. Russ said the $100 is $100 for parts only. Labor is excluded from the $100 service call fee waive calculation. Other than these 2 confusion issues, their response was quick. Work was done quickly and nicely. I was happy with the service I received from Precision.
