Your repairman arrived earlier than promised, evaluated the problem, made the necessary repair, checked the remainder of the garage door operating system, and was finished very quickly. We had used your company some time ago and retained the phone number. Good thinking on our part!

The technician who came to help was Russ but his name is not in the drop down list for some reason. Russ did a good job. He explained what needed to be done and mentioned roughly how much the cost will be first. It took him just over an hour to fix the garage door cables, number 3 hinge and a bracket. There are 2 issues with this appointment and I lower the 5-satr rating to 3-star. 1. I was scheduled for 4 to 6 PM appointment on Sunday but Russ arrived at 2 PM right before I went out for some chores. If I missed him, I would have to reschedule it and who knows when I will get my garage door fixed. Luckily, he arrived one minute before I took off. Russ said he didn't know why this happened. 2. When I was on the phone with the support personnel, I was told the service call fee ($49.95) will be waived if my service is more than $100. The final expense Russ provided me was over $300 but the service call fee was not waived. Russ said the $100 is $100 for parts only. Labor is excluded from the $100 service call fee waive calculation. Other than these 2 confusion issues, their response was quick. Work was done quickly and nicely. I was happy with the service I received from Precision.

At 6:00pm my garage door would not open. I needed it repaired that night as I needed to leave early the next morning. Precision sent out a technician by 8:00pm and he was so polite and helpful and professional. Not only is my garage door fixed, it is so quiet now I can hardly hear it! Would definitely use Precision again and recommend to friends and family.

My teenage son backed my SUV straight through our door and Precision came to the rescue within 2 hours. Brian had our door back on track and made sure it would work for a couple of weeks while we looked for a new door. Brian didn't pressure us to buy the door from him but his manager(Sam) called us the following day and said he would credit the amount we had paid the night before towards a new door of our choice. A very nice gesture given the unfortunate situation we were in. We chose to have Precision install our door and a new opener simply due to their high level of service. Thanks Brian and Sam

I am happy with the speed of service, but would have liked it if the opertor had told me ahead of time that there would be a $50 service charge, even though I have my opener less than a year. I expected that the warrenty would apply and was unprepared for such a large charge.

Happy we bought new doors from Precision! We had several companies give us estimates and were very impressed with Mike's presentation and the product we chose. I'd just like to say that 5 STARS are NOT ENOUGH!!! What an incredibly polished and well-managed business structure. I got awesome garage-door-issue resolution so very FAST!! Great congenial personnel on the phones,too. Rachel set up my appointment. About a half an hour after getting off the phone and making the appointment I decided to go move my car so the technician would have room to work. Martin, the technician, was already driving up with a great big smile. He was a first-class pro right from the start. Got the job done in record time. And such a great attitude about applying his skills and experience to GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!
