Met with service representative Jonathan. He immediately diagnosed the problem and showed me several areas around the panel door brace's where the sheet metal was breaking away. Jonathan, was professional, gave me several temporary fixes options, but noted I would just be throwing away money. For me, temporary fixes are just that and always a more permanent fix is better.
