He explained why my garage door wasn’t working, how he planned to repair it, and provided a very fair estimate. I went ahead with the repair and now my garage door works perfectly! I would definitely use this business again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Problem solved. However, one roller on the left bottom side was overlooked and still is very tight causing noise when opening. I would like to have the technician come to correct this. I came home this morning and when I closed my garage door, I heard a loud pop and bang. I walked into the garage to see the door spring in 2 pieces. I called Precision and before very long Miles Herrera was here. I informed him of a time crunch I had and he immediately assessed the situation and went to work. We talked while he disassembled and then reassembled the spring mechanisms. As I watched him work, we talked about the benefits of a new door and I decided that a replacement door was in order. Miles finished the job and cleaned up the site with plenty of time for me to get to my appointment. I highly recommend Miles and am very happy with the work that he did, and Precision Overhead Garage Door has another happy customer because of him.
