I highly recommend this company. They kept me informed the entire time, call me the morning of my appointment and arrived on time. I had scheduled the garage door tuneup, and it was well worth it because my door now runs like brand new. My technician was Kyle Keefauver, he was courteous and a professional. He made suggestions for some future work to keep my garage door operating an optimal performance. This company has some of the best warranties in the business. Five years on their springs is unheard of most companies only offer 30 days if you’re lucky I highly recommend this company.

I saw an ad on my local TV station that you were giving $25 lubrication and inspection specials. When I telephoned, I was told that it did not apply to my area. But I decided to go ahead and get a tuneup for $138. When Miles was doing that, he was very surprised that I had only one spring, and strongly suggested that I replace it with two new springs, which I did. He then did the tune up for free. He was very knowledgeable and nice.

I can share that I was extremely happy with them. First, they kept me completely informed of their arrival time and once they arrived they did a thorough analysis of my door and shared a number of issues that existed and both short term and long term needs. I was given a quote for the recommended work. The price was extremely fair and the work was done promptly and effectively... I was very happy with the service and they will be my go to service company going forward.

My garage door opener malfunctioned last night. Today I called Precision Garage Door repair and decided to replace it rather than repair it. Brandon came out promptly and replaced the unit with a much stronger Genie opener, more suitable for my door. He did an outstanding job and I am very happy that I could get such great same day service

After severly damaging my garage door by closing it on my trash can it was so badly bent it wouldn't open or close. Precision sent Kyle out to do the repair. He called ahead, showed up on time with a stocked truck with everything needed to make the repair and did it in less than a half hour. The price was totally reasonable and now it works like it did when it was new. I was happily surprised with the service from the initial call to the very end. I'd recommend Precision to anyone who needs a repair. It's not easy to find good help at good prices these days but these guys are impressive. I'm very satisfied!!
