After making a call for two new garage door openers, Garrett the technician arrived at my home within two hours of the request. I also had Garrett tune up my garage door springs and motor parts. He was very courteous and explained the procedure to me in an easy way to understand. He worked quietly and had the job done in under 20 minutes. I have used Precision Overhead Garage Doors for 7 years now and refer them to neighbors.

Brandon, our technician, was friendly, courteous and professional. His knowledge of garage doors was far superior to other techs that gave us estimates. He was early, inspected the opener and the door and gave us an estimate. We ended up with a new opener and door tune-up including new springs. It was a bit on the pricey side, but worth it for the confidence we have in the work that was done. He finished the job in under two hours and then explained what he did and how it all worked. He cleaned up everything and even swept out the garage for us! We were very satisfied and would use Precision again.
