He explained what needed to be done and completed the work quickly and efficiently and then lubricated all areas and adjusted the garage door opener before he left. Precision Door has serviced my garage in the past. Miles the service tech arrived on time and gave me a courtesy text indicating he was on his way to my home. Attempted to repair my existing garage door opener was made, but 19 years the opener was unabled to be repaired. As I wanted to maintain comparable garage door opener and purchased a Linear belt drive opener. Actually was quieter than my previous Mirantec door opener and very happy with so far. Quick install in about an hour. Would recommend this company again.

They installed my garage door years ago and we just had one spring wear out after about 20 years, Their terrific repair fellow arrived and spotted the problem in an instant. He came prepared with new springs (a common problem it seems with older units) and had the new, perfectly operating springs installed within the hour. TERRIFIC!, Can't ask for more than that! It has worked flawlessly during all of this time until yesterday when the wall-mounted control failed. Internet search for local garage door repair. You answered quickly, were rapidly available on follow up phone calls, and it was easy to make an appointment for estimate and repair at my convenience. Your technician Garret called in the morning of our afternoon appt. and indicated he would be at our home at the start of the "window" of 1-5 pm and in fact arrived just a bit earlier than that after a confirmatory phone call. Very pleasant and professional, he looked over the busted spring I had noted, then inspected the entire system. He reviewed his inspection with me pointing out various potential future problems that should be watched for, and that the weather stripping at the door base was completely worn out (I had noted that also). He then provided 3 estimates; fixing the problem I had called for (adding the weather stripping at my request), and two additional scopes of work. No pressure, just options. I chose the first option, with solid costs noted for each one. He completed the work in 1.5 hours as per his estimate and the result is very satisfactory. I will call again when/if further repairs on either of our garage doors is needed (eg end of life of openers, now 20 years old). I would readily recommend this company to anyone.

Had issues with the garage door malfunctioning. Precision Door came out identified the issue and completed a tune up of the system. I had them replace the rollers on the door and now the garage door operates like brand new and very quiet. Very pleased with Garrett their technician who did an awesome job.

New motors: 1 and 2 car garage. Brandon. very friendly. The instructions for the motors and Controls keys were not included. The instructions for the doors was sent to me but I have to print 50 pages because it came in two languages and I didn't noticed it. My 45 yrs garage door still had his booklet or literature attached it. I wish the controls had instructions because its system was new for me. The mechanic showed to me but it really needed some written instructions. I have never received the Warranty from your Co. I am still waiting.Impossible you don't guarantee yr merchandise. Brandon promise to send it but it never came.

Very professional. Able to set up a scheduled time. Representative called several times to let us know more specific times than the four hour original slot. He was very friendly, easy to deal with, efficient, and helpful. At the end of the service he went over all of the positions of the repaired door and showed how well everything was working; I even learned about the proper locations of the door when in an manual (e.g., power off) mode. I got the house new and no one ever told me...so I even learned something about it.
