Greg was great! He called ahead to let me know he'd be running late of schedule. But, when he arrived, he quoted the price (I was very pleased because another company charged almost twice as much), went to work, and when he finished, I was really impressed by his workmanship. I only wish I had called a while back sooner for this repair. The customer reps who answered my calls, Bianca, and Brianna ( I hope I said their names correctly)were also very nice. Thank you. I will recommend to friends!

Mike and Joey provided excellent service. As can happen,they got tied up on a job ahead of mine, but were good enough to call in a timely manner to let me know. Their attitude and professionalism really came through. The performed a complete inspection, despite my only needing replacement of a burnt out motor, and performed minor maintenance free of additional charge. I would definately use Precision again if needed.

I greatly appreciated your ability to come out the next day to repair our broken door. I had friendly service when booking the appointment The repairman was friendly, competent and hardworking, and communicated clearly when he was delayed by previous jobs. Impressive, especially after a long day. He provided great advice about our door and how to maintain it. I feel very comfortable with the repairs he made. My only gripe would be I did not have a clear picture when I called what the cost likely would be. While I was told what the cost range of a spring replacement is -- I was not told both springs had to be replaced. I also got the impression from the repairman that bearing replacements were also common with a spring breaking -- it would have been good to know that possibility and cost estimate up front. As a result, the final bill was twice what I was expecting.

We had previously used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service about 2 years ago when one of our garage door springs broke and we received excellent service. Recently when our garage door started making some unusual noises we called Precision again. They responded quickly and found the problem immediately. I was leaving for work at 8 AM and my gargage door broke. I couldn't just leave it open, so I needed a repair right away. Precision had someone out by 10AM and fixed by 10:30AM. The garage door runs smoother than it has in a long time and the technician was super friendly. We had some repair done on the garage door a few years ago and when that company was finished the door sounded like it was going to vibrate the house down when we opened it- their solution was for us to lubricate it because they didn't have any on them! I highly recommend Precision.

I found Precision Garage Door online by google search it. I chose it because of the excellent reviews I saw online. I called one of the local numbers and was scheduled immediately. Mike, the senior technician showed up on time. He gave me a couple of options of fixing my broken garage door, and I chosed installing a new one. The quote is very reasonable, and Mike explained it to me very clearly. The crew came and installed my new garage door the very next day. Everything was fine when the crew left, but a day later, I heard an unusual 'Boon' noise everytime when I try to lift my garage door. I called Precision Garage immediately, and was scheduled with Mike for another appointment again. He came on time, and fixed my problem immediately and professionally. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage door Service, the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the crew who help me installing the garage door has poor English communication skills and reluctantly to do more work which is the work they supposed to do. After they left, I found several screws scattered on the floor and my driveway which is a potentrial hazard to my tires. Overall, I like Precision Door service, friendly and efficient customer service, professional and knowledgeable technicians.

Your repairman arrived earlier than promised, evaluated the problem, made the necessary repair, checked the remainder of the garage door operating system, and was finished very quickly. We had used your company some time ago and retained the phone number. Good thinking on our part!

The technician who came to help was Russ but his name is not in the drop down list for some reason. Russ did a good job. He explained what needed to be done and mentioned roughly how much the cost will be first. It took him just over an hour to fix the garage door cables, number 3 hinge and a bracket. There are 2 issues with this appointment and I lower the 5-satr rating to 3-star. 1. I was scheduled for 4 to 6 PM appointment on Sunday but Russ arrived at 2 PM right before I went out for some chores. If I missed him, I would have to reschedule it and who knows when I will get my garage door fixed. Luckily, he arrived one minute before I took off. Russ said he didn't know why this happened. 2. When I was on the phone with the support personnel, I was told the service call fee ($49.95) will be waived if my service is more than $100. The final expense Russ provided me was over $300 but the service call fee was not waived. Russ said the $100 is $100 for parts only. Labor is excluded from the $100 service call fee waive calculation. Other than these 2 confusion issues, their response was quick. Work was done quickly and nicely. I was happy with the service I received from Precision.

I do not usually write comments. I had set up an appointment then decided to do it myself. Vic called to check on me and offered phone assistance if needed, because changing springs is extremely dangerous, he had my safety in mind. V.C. door company gave me wrong springs. Vic called the next day asking how it was going. 1 hour later I asked him to do my springs. Absolutely the best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with almost ever. Job was done quick and given a couple of pointers on maintenance. I very rarely let somebody do, what I can do myself. Make sure you get Vic to do your repair. Top notch and I'm hard to please.

I would like to talk to someone about my last repair. The center bracket came loose and pulled out from the wall. I want to know if that bracket had been removed to install new springs on11/2012, because if it had to be removeed then the installer was responsible for the bracket coming loose and I should not have been charged for the rpair.
