We were expecting a big bill at the end of the work. It seems like everything is a minimum thousand dollar repair these days. We were first surprised when they confirmed the appointment by email and then showed up on time. Our second surprise was the price of the service...fair and reasonable. What a breath of fresh air. This company has its act together. They are tech savvy and know how to operate in today's world. Great job!

We called in on a Friday afternoon as we were leaving on vacation and scheduled an appointment right away. Mike showed up an hour later and we were soooo comfortable with Mike personally that we let him get started and we left out of town. He locked up and called us for payment about an hour later. My teenage son backed my SUV straight through our door and Precision came to the rescue within 2 hours. Brian had our door back on track and made sure it would work for a couple of weeks while we looked for a new door. Brian didn't pressure us to buy the door from him but his manager(Sam) called us the following day and said he would credit the amount we had paid the night before towards a new door of our choice. A very nice gesture given the unfortunate situation we were in. We chose to have Precision install our door and a new opener simply due to their high level of service. Thanks Brian and Sam
