Because Russ was running behind on his appointments, Mike gave me a call and told me he would arrive within the next 10 minutes, which he did! He was VERY knowledgeable about my particular door and problem and explained all options in detail. My Martin garage door now has better (nylon) rollers, dual heavy-duty torsion springs, new cables, and side wheels with sealed bearings. It now runs more smoothly and more quietly, which puts less strain on my motor. Not only that, but it all has a lifetime guarantee!

5 Stars in all categories!! The spring in our 24 year old garage door failed. When I called Precision Garage Door of Simi Valley, they described what they would do and set up an appointment. Mike, the senior service technician arrived on time, assessed the problem, the cause and offered details for actions to fix the problem and assess best course of action with costs and benefits of each alternative. Mike was courteous, efficient, honest and knowledgeable and offered explanations for preventive maintenance. Mike did an outstanding job repairing our garage door and was very patient and courteous when i asked questions. I would call Precision Garage Door of Simi Valley again if I have a problem with our other garage door.

The repair man, Daniel Radcliffe, showed up right on time, assesses the problem and installed a new garage door opener, wall remote and provided me with 2 new remotes. He also fixed the remote in my car in a very efficient manner. My door opener works great and is very quiet now. Good job.

You have always come the day I called and one time you came out late after a full day of work, fixed the problem for no charge. The door had come down as I was backing out and was bent. I was very impressed with Russ. He was very professional, knowledgable, and skilled. He was able to repair our garage door quickly yet he was thorough. And this was despite the fact that he had been working a very long day. While I appreciated that the repair was accomplished the same day I called, I wish the office could have given me a better idea of when to expect Russ to arrived.

Scheduled an appointment, within a day Russ came out told be what I needed and was ready to do it on the spot ! Due to timing I couldn't do it but he came back the next morning and knocked it out in a couple hours ! I was vary impressed with the quality of work and customer service. Our old garage door opener was 15 or so years old and had finally failed. The guys came out and replaced it with a new one and we were very happy with the work and the features the new one had. Very friendly guys too!

I had Mike come out and repair our broken torsion spring which was about 12 years old and failed due to metal fatigue. Mike clearly explained the process to me and he was he was very professional and quick. Dear Chuck, Your installer Luis is an asset to your company and because of his knowledge I've given you a five star rating. After having two men out to measure the garage door, both incorrectly, Luis came out on the third try and got everything correct and the new door works great!! Perhaps you should train your measuring staff how to do this portion of the job correctly then you would have less delays and happier customers. Your other employees were very cordial and professional just lacking in experience...in need of better training !! Thank Luis for saving the day !!

Technician showed up within time specified. He replaced the broken springs and brought to my attention that everything else on door has been replaced except for the end bearings. I went ahead and replaced those in hopes that my door will be trouble free for as long as possible.
