We had an estimate for new doors or an emergency battery installed. The representative was terrific and complete. We decided not to install either as our backup generator was serviced and will accomplish everything that we need. We certainly would have gone with the company if that wasn’t the case.

No one answered the phone or was available for an unexpected emergency. We have used Precision a few times over the years and they are usually able to get us an appointment within 24 hours, and are able to fix our issue on the spot. They do a great job - we are always happy with the results of whatever we have had done. This time is was replacing our 25 year old garage door opener. I contacted Precision overall due to their high ratings. From the initial call, I found the rep to be professional and able to accommodate my work schedule due to the extended service block of time for their arrival. The service rep, Jacob, was awesome. He was very professional, explaining what he could do every step of the way. He made the entire experience so pleasant. Jacob provided excellent customer service! He was patient answering my questions and showed me the concerns with my garage door. I would ask for him if I needed assistance again. thank you Chuck , I was referred to Precision by a softball Buddy he recommended your company because he had a garage door replaced several years ago and was happy with the work and Quality of your product. Garrett was very Professional and showed up on time and called in advance to make certain I was home . I have a few Questions , the quote was for a garage door installation with out Insulation ? Obviously i was concerned about noise and weather ? what would be to cost with insulation also Garrett gave us two Quotes , one with a motor and another with our the Motor ? would we be able to replace the motor later on if the part fails. and last Question is : does Precision match prices with competitive companies ?

The repair person was very informative. We replaced our springs for our garage door with another company that didn't do a good job. He couldn't align the door and there was a gap on the left side. He gave us the wrong information that we have to buy a new garage door for this problem. So we were shopping around until we find Precision Garage door and requested for a free estimate. Surprisingly, the person who came was very knowledgeable and informed us that this problem can be fixed by adjusting the cable and the previous job was not done right. He also mentioned that we don't need a new door and it can be repaired. He saved us a lot of money. He got to the problem and did it quickly and efficiently and there were no more gap and we didn't have to change the door. Thank you so much , I highly recommend you to everyone

My first contact was your receptionist which was a very good first start! Miles was our technician and a great guy to work with. I had replaced the door wheels and somehow the cable came loose and I couldn't get it all back together. He repaired my attempt to put things right and we decided a new belt drive motor was a good idea. What a difference.
