I came home this morning and when I closed my garage door, I heard a loud pop and bang. I walked into the garage to see the door spring in 2 pieces. I called Precision and before very long Miles Herrera was here. I informed him of a time crunch I had and he immediately assessed the situation and went to work. We talked while he disassembled and then reassembled the spring mechanisms. As I watched him work, we talked about the benefits of a new door and I decided that a replacement door was in order. Miles finished the job and cleaned up the site with plenty of time for me to get to my appointment. I highly recommend Miles and am very happy with the work that he did, and Precision Overhead Garage Door has another happy customer because of him.

Our garage door mechanism unexpectedly failed, and we could not get our cars out of our garage! We called Precision and a technician was sent out the following day. I had a positive experience with Precision Doors after my garage door would not open. I quickly YouTubed possible repairs and found that both my springs had broken. My car and I were stuck. Quick call to Precision Doors and they were able to come out that day. Garrett called prior and was early. He new exactly what he was doing and the door was fixed quickly. I would definitely use them again.
