Today, August 18,2017 I had to call Precision Door Service, at the moment that they answered my call, I talked to Carlos, and asked him for help. He did the best effort to answer my needs, in a matter of minutes he sent Russ B Trumpy and another technician to my home. They did an excellent job in the installation of a new motor in my garage door. I would recommend your company to my family and friends.

Extremely professional. Excellent communications in setting appointment, scheduling, messages, on their way and arrival. Once here, setup, investigation of not only the symptoms, but actual cause of problem! Last company butchered our spring, bearing and pole system. Precision diagnosed cause and corrected. Door is working as new. Thank you for great experience. Worth the cost.

My technician was Russ who showed up, worked hard, and left here with me being a totally satisfied customer. I am a senior and can't do my home repairs like I have in the past. Perfect repair work today with Mike. Scheduling an appt was easy with a live person, even on a Sunday night. Was given a 4-hour repair window for the next day, received an email confirmation five minutes after booking the appt., was called the day of the appt. with a more specific time of arrival, and Mike even arrived more promptly to my home than I did. He and Trevor thoroughly diagnosed the issue and how it was caused and options for refurbishing or replacing the opener. Quickly made the repair, made all adjustments for the smoothest opener performance until they were perfect, and reviewed the warranty coverage. This was the second time Mike's fixed my garage door (previous visit was to replace the spring) and both visits were a big relief to these issues. Highly recommend Precision Door Service and the Simi Valley team.

Mike was very efficient and handled the broken springs and worn bearings on our overhead in a very timely manner. He also reviewed our invoice from 2007 and honored the warranty, even though it appeared it was not completed properly at that time and that we had more coverage than we should have. In addition, he handled a minor problem with our lower door weather stripping without my asking, just because he noticed it was coming loose. I'm very pleased with his performance.

I chose Pricision after reading the customer reveiws. I am not a fan of the 4 hr window because like so many others I have to work. Russell did did great showing up on the early side of my window. He was professional, informative and quick allowing me to get on with my day. I will soon need a new garage door and will be calling Pricision again.

My garage door spring broke on Saturday evening, I called them at 5pm and on Sunday at 9am, Jaysen came and installed two springs, one on each side and lubed and sprayed all moving parts. Door works great and is much quieter than before, highly recommend them to all.

Because Russ was running behind on his appointments, Mike gave me a call and told me he would arrive within the next 10 minutes, which he did! He was VERY knowledgeable about my particular door and problem and explained all options in detail. My Martin garage door now has better (nylon) rollers, dual heavy-duty torsion springs, new cables, and side wheels with sealed bearings. It now runs more smoothly and more quietly, which puts less strain on my motor. Not only that, but it all has a lifetime guarantee!

5 Stars in all categories!! The spring in our 24 year old garage door failed. When I called Precision Garage Door of Simi Valley, they described what they would do and set up an appointment. Mike, the senior service technician arrived on time, assessed the problem, the cause and offered details for actions to fix the problem and assess best course of action with costs and benefits of each alternative. Mike was courteous, efficient, honest and knowledgeable and offered explanations for preventive maintenance. Mike did an outstanding job repairing our garage door and was very patient and courteous when i asked questions. I would call Precision Garage Door of Simi Valley again if I have a problem with our other garage door.

In an attempt to sync my garage door remote to my car I botched the job and my garage door would only open 3/4's of the way. Russ came in and knocked it out quickly and had me on my way to work far sooner than I anticipated. very informative. Will call precision first for all future garage door needs.
