The repair man, Daniel Radcliffe, showed up right on time, assesses the problem and installed a new garage door opener, wall remote and provided me with 2 new remotes. He also fixed the remote in my car in a very efficient manner. My door opener works great and is very quiet now. Good job.

I give you 5 stars for a job well done. I have always used your service since I bought my first door 25 years ago. You have always come the day I called and one time you came out late after a full day of work, fixed the problem for no charge. The door had come down as I was backing out and was bent. Last week I needed a new door. It was installed within a few days and it looks and works great. Thank you Precision.

I was very impressed with Russ. He was very professional, knowledgable, and skilled. He was able to repair our garage door quickly yet he was thorough. And this was despite the fact that he had been working a very long day. While I appreciated that the repair was accomplished the same day I called, I wish the office could have given me a better idea of when to expect Russ to arrived.

Scheduled an appointment, within a day Russ came out told be what I needed and was ready to do it on the spot ! Due to timing I couldn't do it but he came back the next morning and knocked it out in a couple hours ! I was vary impressed with the quality of work and customer service. I had a new motor installed and a door rebuild and couldn't be happier !!

I had Mike come out and repair our broken torsion spring which was about 12 years old and failed due to metal fatigue. Mike clearly explained the process to me and he was he was very professional and quick. Mike was knowledgeable and very easy to speak with and ask questions. i would definitely use Precision Door in the future.

Dear Chuck, Your installer Luis is an asset to your company and because of his knowledge I've given you a five star rating. After having two men out to measure the garage door, both incorrectly, Luis came out on the third try and got everything correct and the new door works great!! Perhaps you should train your measuring staff how to do this portion of the job correctly then you would have less delays and happier customers. Your other employees were very cordial and professional just lacking in experience...in need of better training !! Thank Luis for saving the day !!

Technician showed up within time specified. He replaced the broken springs and brought to my attention that everything else on door has been replaced except for the end bearings. I went ahead and replaced those in hopes that my door will be trouble free for as long as possible.

I was very surprised and pleased that Daniel and Frank were able to arrive before the scheduled 2-hour window - it freed up the rest of my day! They were both courteous and thorough, and explained to me exactly what was needed to repair my opener. They completed the job quickly and swept debris from my garage floor before leaving. Greg was great! He called ahead to let me know he'd be running late of schedule. But, when he arrived, he quoted the price (I was very pleased because another company charged almost twice as much), went to work, and when he finished, I was really impressed by his workmanship. I only wish I had called a while back sooner for this repair. The customer reps who answered my calls, Bianca, and Brianna ( I hope I said their names correctly)were also very nice. Thank you. Mike and Joey provided excellent service. As can happen,they got tied up on a job ahead of mine, but were good enough to call in a timely manner to let me know. Their attitude and professionalism really came through. The performed a complete inspection, despite my only needing replacement of a burnt out motor, and performed minor maintenance free of additional charge. I would definately use Precision again if needed.

I greatly appreciated your ability to come out the next day to repair our broken door. I had friendly service when booking the appointment The repairman was friendly, competent and hardworking, and communicated clearly when he was delayed by previous jobs. Impressive, especially after a long day. He provided great advice about our door and how to maintain it. I feel very comfortable with the repairs he made. My only gripe would be I did not have a clear picture when I called what the cost likely would be. While I was told what the cost range of a spring replacement is -- I was not told both springs had to be replaced. I also got the impression from the repairman that bearing replacements were also common with a spring breaking -- it would have been good to know that possibility and cost estimate up front. As a result, the final bill was twice what I was expecting.

This was my first time using Precision. I had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend using them again. Mike, my technician, was very professional. He showed me possible reasons my door was closing with difficulty and gave me the option of what repairs I could make. I chose to take his recommendations. My door works like new!! And not only that, he gave me a report that explains all of his findings. Exactly what I needed for my records. I couldn't be more pleased.
