I have to say we were shocked to pay $450 for the service person to be at our house less than 15 minutes and the repair required no parts. Garrett was very nice

They charged me $277 just to come out with 2 new garage openers and program them in less than 15 minutes. No major work done. Called the service man back within 5 minutes because the door stopped working. He identified a loose wire but did nothing to secure the wire. I cannot recommend this company because it is obvious that they only care about profit.

Service tech was awesome. The only thing was the up charges. I check around should have been about 600 to 700 Dollars. But I paid 925.00. Will not use again. Rick

I do not even know what just happened. I was sent an email that suggested I could get a new garage door for a certain price and then was quoted a higher price because of where I live. Also, I was charged $150 for simply lowering my door. This does not seem to live up to the ratings I was guided by.

The work was done well but the price was significantly higher than it needed to be. In addition, the $49.99 service fee was added into the final invoice, not included with the cost as it is with 100% of other service professionals who have done work in my home.

Service person did not have the two springs on truck that were similar to the one’s we had. We had to go with a one spring system now. Not what I wanted.
