We were very pleased with the service. We’ve seen their commercials and decided to give them a call. They responded quickly, set up an appointment and had our garage door fixed the same day. Excellent service, the tech, Brandon Vanwhy called to say he was on his way. when he arrived he introduced himself. i told him the problem and he checked the door and it's parts. He explained and showed me the problem. We went over what needed to be done and the costs. Very professional. Completed the work on time and cleaned up the garage. Very good experience.

The technician, Garret, was timely within the allotted 4 hour period and called me a few time to update his arrival time. He was pleasant and explained what he thought the problem was with our door intermittently yet frequently not closing. This resulted in the purchase of new garage door sensors as well as a thorough "tune-up" service. That option is not listed below in the choices for purchase of a new product. The ultimate star rating, of course, will be determined by how well the suggested fix works but I have to be optimistic that he has solved a persistent and nagging problem that we have had for a significant time.
