Since the system was old and we’ve had some ongoing issues, we asked Jack to take a careful look at our system to assess any current or future maintenance needs. He ended up giving us estimates for issues that would benefit from additional maintenance now, things that would need repair later on, and for proactive measures that would avoid piecemealing future repairs. Jack was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
