Excellent service. I booked my appointment on-line and received a 4 hour window. Kyle called when he was done with his previous job to let me know when he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed my problem then gave me multiple options with no pressure. The quote included all costs and I was not charged more to pay with a credit card. Highly recommend.

Things were fixed satisfactorily, but estimate for new garage door opener seemed expensive, so I called several other garage door companies. Most estimates were half of what you estimated for the exact same thing. Also a couple of places said that they would’ve charged half of what you charged me to fix the original problem. I’m happy with your service but disappointed with your prices.

Experienced a problem with one of my garage doors. It would open in the mornings but would fail to open in the heat of day. I called Precision Door, made an appointment and Garret shows up. At first, he was stumped. However, not to be deterred, he eventually discovered the phantom issue, corrected it and all is good in the universe. Garret appeared within the time frame established, presented himself in an orderly, confident manner and set upon curing the problem. I would definitely use Precision Door again if the need arises.

This was a garage door that was in the model home in a new development and had upgrades throughout the house except for the garage door which was provided the wrong size motor for the door. Miles installed a proper new motor with the correct springs for the heavy door. It is now safe and operating correctly. A real professional job.
