I used Precision doors back in 2017 and they were so profession and friendly. The tech Jason that came out to day was very upfront with me about replacing my door. I backed into. He gave me several options. I asked him for his professional opinion on which way I should go with as far as trying to repair the door or replace it. I felt really confident with his decision to replace it. Just like last time they came out the next day. I would refer them to everyone.

I had a problem with my garage door, not shutting all the way I called precision a gentleman came out. Explained to me that my door was bent that they cable was fraying and I needed to spend about $5000 for a new door and motor. I contacted another company for a second opinion. For 120.00 they adjusted the brackets and my door is fixed for $120. I am disgusted with precision.

Dylan Falkengren did a GREAT job. Determined my door to be old but could be repaired but with no guarantee due to the age and condition. Identified the problem and told me the two parts required to repair could be replaced but with no guarantee. I agreed and he performed the work and had the door working fine in about 40 minutes. Great Job and thank you!

We called Precision Garage Door for service on our door. Within 10 minutes they had scheduled appointment for same day service. An email was sent to us explaining appointment time within a 4 hour window and that Dylan would be calling to confirm. Along with this email they included pictures of all their technicians. We received a call from Dylan within 30 minutes to confirm he would be here by noon, but had to first complete his other 2 morning jobs. 10 minutes prior to Dylan arriving we did receive another call to let us know he was within 10 of arriving. Upon Dylan's arrival we were greated with strong hand shakes an introduction of himself, a professional dressed technician had arrived on time. After full checkup of our garage following explanation of what we wanted, Dylan without any pressure presented us with 3 different options including full price of each and time frame to complete. The option we knew we needed was #3, Dylan than told us between one and half to two hours was what he needed. Bring all his equipment into the garage to start his job, making sure to keep organized he started what looked to be a clean precise job. Upon concluding he had totally cleaned his work area removing all trash and leaving us with a very quite easier opening and closing garage door. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to all, they are also the company that installed the opener were have been using since 2011. Should you not be able to have Dylan doing your work, we are sure your other technician will be as professional. We had new aluminum retainer with weather seal replaced , new springs and cable.

They charged me $277 just to come out with 2 new garage openers and program them in less than 15 minutes. No major work done. Called the service man back within 5 minutes because the door stopped working. He identified a loose wire but did nothing to secure the wire. I cannot recommend this company because it is obvious that they only care about profit.

Very professional. Able to set up a scheduled time. Representative called several times to let us know more specific times than the four hour original slot. He was very friendly, easy to deal with, efficient, and helpful. At the end of the service he went over all of the positions of the repaired door and showed how well everything was working; I even learned about the proper locations of the door when in an manual (e.g., power off) mode. I got the house new and no one ever told me...so I even learned something about it.
