I had an emergency: a broken spring (single) on the garage door. Called for repair and got Mike out to make the repair within an hour. The repair was done also within an hour. Mike was courteous and very good at what he does. After replacing the singe spring with dual springs, he made some adjustments to make the opener work more efficiently and quieter (got me to replace my old plastic rollers with polyurethane rollers.) For this emergency, I couldn't have been happier to have Precision to do the work.

Great job, thorough, quick, friendly, knowledgable. I don't know about pricing because I didn't shop around, but I was surprised that a spring is 220. Phone staff and scheduling was great too! I'd recommend!

We just had this garage door system installed by Martin, and he did a great job. It worked great for 3 days, and we knocked the reversing sensors out of alignment. Martin came back and reset them. He also adjusted the door to fit better. This is a great system.

The gental man who came out was very nice cleaned up after him self. The only reason I did not give five stars is because the girl on the phone told me the price of the part included the labor and they waved the service fee so it was a shock to pay $XX.00 more than quoted. At 6:00pm my garage door would not open. I needed it repaired that night as I needed to leave early the next morning. Precision sent out a technician by 8:00pm and he was so polite and helpful and professional. Not only is my garage door fixed, it is so quiet now I can hardly hear it! Would definitely use Precision again and recommend to friends and family.
