I called Precision at midnight on a Tuesday and sure enough they were able to dispatch a technician within 30 minutes. We felt real bad for the technician having to work so late but he didn't charge us anything extra (even though he was there until 3am!) I have used other companies in the past but the professionalism displayed by Precision was far above the rest.

I had a glass door installed at a property in Hollywood Hills and wanted the same door installed at another property in Westlake Village. Precision came out to both properties to inspect and installed the same exact door for $1000 cheaper than the last guy. I'm a pretty busy contractor and Precision is probably the easiest sub that I work with.
