We've been very happy with the garage door services provided by Precision. They have been prompt in scheduling appointments and in their clear communications. Our technician, Garrett, is knowledgeable and very helpful with all of our garage door needs.

Always professional, responsive, great appointment updating, polite, clean. And always fixes the problem. My only comment is I think they are expensive sometimes. Today seemed excessive for the parts and labor. I'm hesitant to try someone else because their service is 5 star, but I may if we have need of further repairs.

Hi wonderful service. Called with a garage door problem and Precision came out immediately.called several times to say on their way. Was an issue with our cars remote which malfunctioned and not something that Precision was able to do. However Garret took lots of time trying to help but it turned out to be a computer issue. I would highly recommend them.

I made an appointment on Wednesday, Garret came out Friday, (today) Garrett looked at the system and made recommendations and options of what could be done. I felt comfortable and not pressured. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to friends and family. -From the Call center person, to the tech, Professional, Honest, Transparent and Friendly. (compared to the previous companies I've had out)

Great experience from initial contact to completion of work. What started as a replacement became a repair, much to our relief. Garrett was very knowledgeable , honest, and straightforward. He gave us options and explanations. We trusted him and were very pleased with the outcome.

Garrett was friendly, fast efficient and knowledgeable. Certainly knew his job and did it well. Expensive but good applies here. Problem fixed in an hour and working fine and hopefully for a long time to come. I thought problem was opener motor, but wrong. Spring broken and bearings worn. Guess that why we have professionals like these to correct the problem.

The technician, Garret, was timely within the allotted 4 hour period and called me a few time to update his arrival time. He was pleasant and explained what he thought the problem was with our door intermittently yet frequently not closing. This resulted in the purchase of new garage door sensors as well as a thorough "tune-up" service. That option is not listed below in the choices for purchase of a new product. The ultimate star rating, of course, will be determined by how well the suggested fix works but I have to be optimistic that he has solved a persistent and nagging problem that we have had for a significant time.

Garrett was amazing and installed a new garage door on the spot! He came prepared just like their commercial says!! The online appointment was so easy. Great experience and I highly recommend this company!!

Martin Kasindorf

Technician Garrett was helpful, knowledgeable and totally competent as he evaluated the options. For now, instead of ordering a new garage door, he was able to solve the opening/closing problems with a new cable, installed in an hour.
