Always professional, responsive, great appointment updating, polite, clean. And always fixes the problem. My only comment is I think they are expensive sometimes. Today seemed excessive for the parts and labor. I'm hesitant to try someone else because their service is 5 star, but I may if we have need of further repairs.

Hi wonderful service. Called with a garage door problem and Precision came out immediately.called several times to say on their way. Was an issue with our cars remote which malfunctioned and not something that Precision was able to do. However Garret took lots of time trying to help but it turned out to be a computer issue. I would highly recommend them.

I made an appointment on Wednesday, Garret came out Friday, (today) Garrett looked at the system and made recommendations and options of what could be done. I felt comfortable and not pressured. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to friends and family. -From the Call center person, to the tech, Professional, Honest, Transparent and Friendly. (compared to the previous companies I've had out)

Problem fixed in an hour and working fine and hopefully for a long time to come. I thought problem was opener motor, but wrong. Spring broken and bearings worn. Guess that why we have professionals like these to correct the problem.

The technician, Garret, was timely within the allotted 4 hour period and called me a few time to update his arrival time. He was pleasant and explained what he thought the problem was with our door intermittently yet frequently not closing. This resulted in the purchase of new garage door sensors as well as a thorough "tune-up" service. That option is not listed below in the choices for purchase of a new product. The ultimate star rating, of course, will be determined by how well the suggested fix works but I have to be optimistic that he has solved a persistent and nagging problem that we have had for a significant time.
