I was in need of special help with my garage door. I saw Precision advertised in the past on TV. I called in a made an appointment. I was told my technician would be at my house between 8-12. 0745, I received a call from my tech, Garrett. He stated he would be over in 20 minutes, and he was. He evaluated my situation, pointed out the problems, and made his recommendations. I felt confidence with his solution and gave him the go ahead. He went to his truck, came back with all the parts he needed, started to tare down my old system and began to assemble the new one. Garrett worked very hard completing the job, programming, and testing the operation. It was a great job done by him. He said he would be done by 10 AM, he was done by 9:50. He loaded his truck, advised my invoice will be e-mailed to me, shook my hand and smiled when he left.

When the spring to my garage door broke in the late evening, I feared our car would be imprisoned in the garage for days. The tech showed up at the time window and called me several times to give the exact time of arrival. Thank you for this opportunity. I called Preccision because I had just seen an ad on TV. Everything went well with the installation of a new motor for the garage door. The technician was cordial and competent and very helpful. I appreciated the fact that he kept in touch with me by phone so I knew when I might expect him. He left me with two remotes and was not able to get the existing remote control buttons in my car to speak to or respond to the newly installed motor. Everything works fine and I would have liked to have this further connection instead of having to have another "thing" to operate. Perhaps the issue is from the car's buttons. I will follow through with the car dealer. It may be the car. Thank you. I am delighted to have the door rise when I need the car.

Obviously i was concerned about noise and weather ? what would be to cost with insulation also Garrett gave us two Quotes , one with a motor and another with our the Motor ? would we be able to replace the motor later on if the part fails. and last Question is : does Precision match prices with competitive companies ?
