I started the day with a broken garage door spring. Not good news. My first call was Precision Garage Door Service. The associate who answered the telephone was friendly and helpful. The first bit of good news was her scheduling me for an appointment the same afternoon. The second bit of good news was having Garrett Marshall as my service technician. He arrived as scheduled, and may possibly be one of the most kind people on the planet. Garrett examined the door and went over the issues including the springs. Prior to his arrival I had already decided I wanted to replace the entire aged opener, and Garrett went over all of those options as well. I very much appreciated that he gave me all of the options with pricing and attributes, and there was no attempt to upsell. The job was completed in a timely manner and the garage was left tidy. Very professional. Able to set up a scheduled time. Representative called several times to let us know more specific times than the four hour original slot. He was very friendly, easy to deal with, efficient, and helpful. At the end of the service he went over all of the positions of the repaired door and showed how well everything was working; I even learned about the proper locations of the door when in an manual (e.g., power off) mode. I got the house new and no one ever told me...so I even learned something about it.

My Liftmaster garage door opens by itself, made an appointment on July20. The technician did visual check my motor and remote control and re-programmed it but did not solve the problem. It all happened in about 15 mins and I get billed afterwards. Its a waste of time and money.
