From the original call to the finish of the spring replacements all was handled promptly and professionally. The door works properly, no mess, any lube overspray was quickly wiped up. I have 2 other garage doors and if one of those needs springs I will callPrecision again.

I had a positive experience with Precision Doors after my garage door would not open. I quickly YouTubed possible repairs and found that both my springs had broken. My car and I were stuck. Quick call to Precision Doors and they were able to come out that day. Garrett called prior and was early. He new exactly what he was doing and the door was fixed quickly. I would definitely use them again.

The spring on our garage door broke. Garrett did an excellent job replacing the springs. The whole job took about 45 minutes. My only complaint was the cost to replace the springs was $658. My fault for not getting competitive bids.

Excellent Service call. The technician Garrett was friendly and professional. I had a new motor installed last year and all of a sudden it started not closing all the way down. Your technician Garret is so awesome! He called and said he would arrive in about 15 - 20 minutes and he was right on time. He explained what my options were for an overhead door opener upgrade, installation time, operating instructions and how much time the job would take. Two hours later, as he predicted, he was done, everything picked up and cleaned up. Garret was very professional, cheerful, and very courteous. He performed a complete check on the overhead door, spring, rollers and rails finding them in good condition. The result of all Garret's work is I have an unbelievably quiet and smooth overhead door mechanism. Precision had replaced my overhead door and spring back in 2013. That experience was so pleasing and successful that's why I count on Precision for all my garage door needs. Love your technicians and I will continue to recommend Precision to family and friends.

My Liftmaster garage door opens by itself, made an appointment on July20. The technician did visual check my motor and remote control and re-programmed it but did not solve the problem. It all happened in about 15 mins and I get billed afterwards. Its a waste of time and money.
