Victor was excellent at looking for the problem and suggesting a solution. He made me aware of new technology that will benefit us when our current opener wears out. Always excellent service and installation from Precision.

You were prompt and efficient and the technician was terrific. My only complaint would be that I wasn’t aware of the Senior Discount or I woukd have asked about it.

I called for a repair late on Wednesday night, got an appointment b/t 2-6pm the next day. Russ showed up at 2pm. He was very professional & friendly and explained every thing he was was doing for diagnostics and repair. He replaced (3) broken hinges, removed/reattached the sensors, and reprogrammed a new remote control unit. I am currently remodeling my house and going to replace the garage door (installed in 1991) and use the direct drive wall unit. Russ pointed out ways to remodel the garage to make the the new door and the direct drive unit easier to install. Next year I'll be getting a new garage door.....I know who I'll be calling for that - Russ and Precision Garage Door.... 5 star rating all the way.....

Garage door opener breaks and it's late in the afternoon. Just great, I figure that I will have to wait until tomorrow at the soonest to get someone out for a repair. Made the call and they said they could be out between 4-8 today, now I'm feeling better. Twenty minutes later I get a call and Stan will be here in 30 minutes, now I'm feeling great. Stan arrives and checks things out, explains to me what needs to be done, and explains costs and options, Stan goes right to work. At this point I am completely surprised and satisfied by all aspects of my dealings with Precision Door. Thank You Stan

I called Precision and had a good feeling about the professionalism of the staff just from the phone call. The technician (Neil) who installed 2 new openers for me and adjusted the doors was exceptional and demonstrated that professionalism. He was very courteous and new what he was doing. He worked late to finish installing 2 new belt drive openers and adjusted both doors in about 3 hours. I would not hesitate to use Precision for future repairs if needed.

Fast, friendly and professional service. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I noticed that I had 2 broken springs and from the time I placed the initial call, until my garage door was fixed, was less than 3 hours! And I live out in the boonies. I was very extremely happy with the service and the repair and highly recommend to everyone.

My name is Richard Pico. I am retired military and law enforcement. I was present when your technicians Neal and Josh installed the garage door opener. They were extremely professional and personable. They represented your company extremely well. As I told them, I am a man of my word. It was a pleasure to do business with a company that keeps theirs. Thank you Neal and Josh.

Very professional. My one recommendation would be to call your customers with an estimated time of arrival prior to the appointment. I had to contact the company twice myself to find out when they would be here. As it turned out, they were later than the estimated time, which would have been nice to know.

Professional organization - from the receptionist to the technician. Tom called to see if I would be available before the scheduled timeframe - I was. Installed a new belt-drive Liftmaster, along with the accessories, within one hour. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And an interesting fellow. Very happy with the product and installation.
