I was told the keypad installed for my garage door would be $129-$169. I was charged $225.00. They didn’t factor in programming(?). I paid. But It’s left sour taste.

Things were fixed satisfactorily, but estimate for new garage door opener seemed expensive, so I called several other garage door companies. Most estimates were half of what you estimated for the exact same thing. Also a couple of places said that they would’ve charged half of what you charged me to fix the original problem. I’m happy with your service but disappointed with your prices.

The situation was an emergency situation when the door suddenly clashed down without any thing being pressed. I was lucky that my trunk was not open or that I was not standing behind it. Miles had never seen this before and suggested new springs and drums. After completion of the procedure, there was a grinding on the motor bar that connects the motor to the door and I was a little concerned. I’m not sure that everything is running smoothly and so he said for me to watch it for a while, but not stand underneath it And that makes me uncomfortable if I am unloading groceries. He is aware and said to call him back and so I am keeping my options open at this point in time I just want this recorded as I signed four times and I’m not even sure what I signed as the iPad was so faint in the sun and the connection wasn’t very good with the Wi-Fi. The guys who came out completed the job and the garage door worked properly after it was misaligned and two rollers came off but……the price to fix it was way too expensive. After researching the cost of having this repair done, I paid too much. The senior guy on the crew was not courteous at all and had an attitude that wasn’t professional whatsoever. They got the job done but I would not use them again.

New motors: 1 and 2 car garage. Brandon. very friendly. The instructions for the motors and Controls keys were not included. The instructions for the doors was sent to me but I have to print 50 pages because it came in two languages and I didn't noticed it. My 45 yrs garage door still had his booklet or literature attached it. I wish the controls had instructions because its system was new for me. The mechanic showed to me but it really needed some written instructions. I have never received the Warranty from your Co. I am still waiting.Impossible you don't guarantee yr merchandise. Brandon promise to send it but it never came.

The spring on our garage door broke. Garrett did an excellent job replacing the springs. The whole job took about 45 minutes. My only complaint was the cost to replace the springs was $658. My fault for not getting competitive bids.

Service man arrived on time and evaluated problem. Needed new rubber seal on bottom of 16 ft door. Work performed was good and took about 1/2 hour. Seal cost installed was $12 per foot. This seems very high for a $25 rubber seal. If you assume seal at $25 the 30 minutes of labor was $167. This would be an hourly rate of over $320 an hour.

The technician who came to help was Russ but his name is not in the drop down list for some reason. Russ did a good job. He explained what needed to be done and mentioned roughly how much the cost will be first. It took him just over an hour to fix the garage door cables, number 3 hinge and a bracket. There are 2 issues with this appointment and I lower the 5-satr rating to 3-star. 1. I was scheduled for 4 to 6 PM appointment on Sunday but Russ arrived at 2 PM right before I went out for some chores. If I missed him, I would have to reschedule it and who knows when I will get my garage door fixed. Luckily, he arrived one minute before I took off. Russ said he didn't know why this happened. 2. When I was on the phone with the support personnel, I was told the service call fee ($49.95) will be waived if my service is more than $100. The final expense Russ provided me was over $300 but the service call fee was not waived. Russ said the $100 is $100 for parts only. Labor is excluded from the $100 service call fee waive calculation. Other than these 2 confusion issues, their response was quick. Work was done quickly and nicely. I was happy with the service I received from Precision.

I would like to talk to someone about my last repair. The center bracket came loose and pulled out from the wall. I want to know if that bracket had been removed to install new springs on11/2012, because if it had to be removeed then the installer was responsible for the bracket coming loose and I should not have been charged for the rpair.
