I chose Pricision after reading the customer reveiws. I am not a fan of the 4 hr window because like so many others I have to work. Russell did did great showing up on the early side of my window. Called for service the day before a big holiday weekend and they were able to come out that same day, access the problem and then fix it promptly and professionally. I returned home from vacation to find out that my garage door was not functioning properly. I researched the web and read all current reviews. I selected Precision based on these reviews. I set the appointment and received a call from the technician Russ Trumpy at 8 am advising he was on his way. Russ arrived and reviewed what the issue was, made up a quote and advised what he thought was the best fix. I agreed with Russ and the garage door is now working perfectly. The entire process was handled professionally and diagnosed properly and I wish to thank Russ Trumpy and Precision for a job done.

Problem of remotes turned out to be use of LED lights in the Garage Opener Unit which was diagnosed correctly by the technician. New springs were installed to make the door work properly. I give the technician 5 Stars.

Without a doubt, 5 stars! Russ did a great job repairing my garage door, which had jammed. It happened on a Saturday, and Russ responded quickly and was here when he said he would be and actually called to let me know he was on his way from the job he had just completed. My garage door was a bit of a mess and Russ skillfully and patiently restored it to better condition than before the problems developed. I appreciated his service oriented manner and how he explained everything he was doing. At my request, he also replaced all of my rollers as well. This is the second time Precision Garage Door has come to my rescue. The last time was a few years ago, when they showed up on Thanksgiving Day and repaired my garage door before a host of family were due to arrive. I heartily recommend them!

I highly recommend this company. Saturday morning I awoke to a loud "CRASH"- it was the spring on our 20-something year old garage door! I called two other local repair services, but both were booked until Monday. Meanwhile my car was trapped in the garage, the door far too heavy to lift. Luckily the next call I made was to Precision. Russ was prompt, courteous, and highly skilled; he discovered multiple problems with my old door, explained everything, and recommended Precision's rebuild special. I think the price was fair for the service provided, and now my garage door works beautifully. If/when the aging opener motor gives up I will know who to call.

The work was done well but the price was significantly higher than it needed to be. In addition, the $49.99 service fee was added into the final invoice, not included with the cost as it is with 100% of other service professionals who have done work in my home.

Five stars for the quick response and excellent repair work by Russ on my off track door. However I am not happy about paying $225 for some thing I see as a design flaw in the door mechanism itself. The door came down on the back of the car (my fault) but instead of stopping it skewed the door which caused the cables to come off the pulley. The door is supposed to stop when it meets resistance not screw up the cables, twist the tracks and cost me a big bill. To whom may I address my complaint?

Scheduled an appointment, within a day Russ came out told be what I needed and was ready to do it on the spot ! Its saturday afternoon and i'm about to clean the garage. I hit the button and the door stops a few foot and it's all crooked. The slide lock was moved over so one side wouldn't budge. I tried fixing it but it got worse and the rollers were falling off. I keep my dogs in garage during cold weather so I needed it fixed quick. I called around but no one was interested or were sharks. I called Precision and said they would be out between 4-6. At 5:00 Russ shows up. Russ knows his stuff. Took him an hour and half but made me relieved. Thanks Precision for saving the day Randy

Very professional. Carefully examined our existing -- non-functioning -- garage door opener, determined that it was under warranty and would be replaced without question after consulting supervisor. Russ also told us that the old opener type, purchased from and installed by Precision, had been replaced by a new type more appropriate for solid doors, and this is the one that he installed. He learned that our association requests that garage doors remain closed, and extended his work schedule to return before the weekend to install the new opener. Several days after the work was completed I had some questions, left a message with the Precision office, and Russ called back ASAP with good answers to my concerns. This is definitely a 5-star guy!
