Garage door opener breaks and it's late in the afternoon. Just great, I figure that I will have to wait until tomorrow at the soonest to get someone out for a repair. Made the call and they said they could be out between 4-8 today, now I'm feeling better. Twenty minutes later I get a call and Stan will be here in 30 minutes, now I'm feeling great. Stan arrives and checks things out, explains to me what needs to be done, and explains costs and options, Stan goes right to work. At this point I am completely surprised and satisfied by all aspects of my dealings with Precision Door. Thank You Stan

I called Precision and had a good feeling about the professionalism of the staff just from the phone call. The technician (Neil) who installed 2 new openers for me and adjusted the doors was exceptional and demonstrated that professionalism. He was very courteous and new what he was doing. He worked late to finish installing 2 new belt drive openers and adjusted both doors in about 3 hours. I would not hesitate to use Precision for future repairs if needed.

Very professional. My one recommendation would be to call your customers with an estimated time of arrival prior to the appointment. I had to contact the company twice myself to find out when they would be here. As it turned out, they were later than the estimated time, which would have been nice to know.

Professional organization - from the receptionist to the technician. Tom called to see if I would be available before the scheduled timeframe - I was. Installed a new belt-drive Liftmaster, along with the accessories, within one hour. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And an interesting fellow. Excellent and speedy service. I needed to have broken garage door springs replaced at a rental property on a Sunday morning. I called their office and was given a 4 hour window (8-12) for the tech to arrive. 15 minutes later, the technician, Victor arrived at the unit! Victor assessed the situation, formulated a cost estimate with several options to choose from. The work was done professionally and pricing was very reasonable.
