I came home this morning and when I closed my garage door, I heard a loud pop and bang. I walked into the garage to see the door spring in 2 pieces. I called Precision and before very long Miles Herrera was here. I informed him of a time crunch I had and he immediately assessed the situation and went to work. We talked while he disassembled and then reassembled the spring mechanisms. As I watched him work, we talked about the benefits of a new door and I decided that a replacement door was in order. Miles finished the job and cleaned up the site with plenty of time for me to get to my appointment. I highly recommend Miles and am very happy with the work that he did, and Precision Overhead Garage Door has another happy customer because of him.

Excellent Service call. The technician Garrett was friendly and professional. I had a new motor installed last year and all of a sudden it started not closing all the way down. Garrett assured me he would figure it out and he did. The sensors needed replacing. Now it works great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door service

Yes, you met our expectations & then some. When Chris came to advise on what needed to be done, etc we agreed to his recommendation & he proceeded to do the work, then we lost power. Since it obviously wasn’t a temporary outage he arranged to come back the next morning & take care of things.
