Your service representative, Victor J, was extremely courteous and friendly, and called me at the beginning of the service window to advise me of the time he would arrive, and arrived on time. He was very fast, efficient and knowledgeable. My only quibble was the price -- but for such prompt service on a Sunday, it was worth it! I also must complement Ashley, your receptionist for the Oxnard area. She was very friendly and efficient as well, and reassured me that any problems I might be experiencing with my garage door would be quickly resolved. Thank you.

In an attempt to sync my garage door remote to my car I botched the job and my garage door would only open 3/4's of the way. Russ came in and knocked it out quickly and had me on my way to work far sooner than I anticipated. very informative. Will call precision first for all future garage door needs.

Russ & Neal were great! They figured out what was wrong and made it right. I spent more than I thought I would have to, but getting the job done is worth the extra cost at the end of the day. Good service is really hard to find these days. Today, Victor and Neil came to my house to repair my garage door. They both were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Victor was our technician and he provided outstanding service. Our tenant had moved out of our rental unit and left the garage door broken. We had driven up from San Diego to deal with the situation. We called Precision that morning and they not only provided same day service but came a bit early which allowed us to return to San Diego without a long delay. Our garage door is back in service and I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

The Precision Door service person showed up within a couple of hours of my calling (which was great, as our cars were located inside the garage with a very heavy door that wouldn't open manually), fixed the garage door opener within a half-hour, and was very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend their service.

Today, August 18,2017 I had to call Precision Door Service, at the moment that they answered my call, I talked to Carlos, and asked him for help. He did the best effort to answer my needs, in a matter of minutes he sent Russ B Trumpy and another technician to my home. They did an excellent job in the installation of a new motor in my garage door. I would recommend your company to my family and friends.

Sales rep inspected our current gargage door and was able to give us a large variety of possible solutions to our door problem. With the options given we decided a whole new door and opener was the best way to go. We looked at several bids, Precision Door was not the cheapest however, they were the most thorough and professional. I would recommend Precision doors to any one that needs a new garage door. The main reason is there customer service & they stand behind there doors. I had a new door installed and unfortunately It broke. When I call Precision doors to tell they what happened they where very apologetic about it & told me that they would send someone out to see what happened. There tech. told me that they would replace everything. Not to many complains would do this, they would give some reason on how they would try to fix it without replacing it. There techs are very knowledgeable & very professional as well as polite.

Extremely professional. Excellent communications in setting appointment, scheduling, messages, on their way and arrival. Once here, setup, investigation of not only the symptoms, but actual cause of problem! Last company butchered our spring, bearing and pole system. Precision diagnosed cause and corrected. Door is working as new. Thank you for great experience. Worth the cost.

Saw ad on TV last night, right after our garage door stopped working. Loud metal grinding sound. Called Precision who sent out a technician right away, who called, as promised, to alert me to arrival time. Diagnosed problem immediately. Had part. Replaced it. Tuned up my opener. Very personable. Overall, a pleasant experience -- as unscheduled repairs go. Highly recommended.
