This was very important because we are having a major delivery and need access to our garage before the new door arrives. . Alex was thorough, kind, polite and very knowledgeable. We had an estimate for new doors or an emergency battery installed. The representative was terrific and complete. We decided not to install either as our backup generator was serviced and will accomplish everything that we need. We certainly would have gone with the company if that wasn’t the case.

Our garage door spring broke about 10 a.m. I called Precision, they still had us in their computer. We were told a technician would be at our house between 11 and 3. Alex arrived about 11:30, examined the situation, told us what he needed to do to fix the problem, told us our options and how much each option would cost. He replaced both springs and checked everything. He was very efficient.
