Great experience! From Amanda who answered my call and made all the scheduling to Miles who was the installer it was all extremely professional, prompt and pleasant. They didn’t try to up sale you they gave me three options all with different price points and the necessary information for each and I made my decision. We were very pleased with the service. We’ve seen their commercials and decided to give them a call. They responded quickly, set up an appointment and had our garage door fixed the same day. Our technician was Miles. Pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and no pressure. He explained everything prior to installation and went over the new system completely before he left. Even the installation was quick. Prices were fair and warranty is good.

Garrett was friendly, fast efficient and knowledgeable. Certainly knew his job and did it well. Expensive but good applies here. Problem fixed in an hour and working fine and hopefully for a long time to come. I thought problem was opener motor, but wrong. Spring broken and bearings worn. Guess that why we have professionals like these to correct the problem.

Terrible company. Scheduled to have them come out and look at my garage door thats not opening. They gave me a 4 hour window to show up at 2pm. I get a text about my technician, but no arrival. At around 4pm I get an email asking for a review, and an invoiced signed in my name that’s not me. I call the first time to see what happened, and get a “I’ll have the technician call you”. No call an hour later. Then call again and a new customer service rep gets combative telling me they were out there, took a picture of the garage, and had my signed invoice. They had a needless adversarial attitude. They then said they would escalate of which I have yet to receive a call back. Terrible service, terrible company seemingly.

Excellent service, the tech, Brandon Vanwhy called to say he was on his way. when he arrived he introduced himself. i told him the problem and he checked the door and it's parts. He explained and showed me the problem. We went over what needed to be done and the costs. Very professional. Completed the work on time and cleaned up the garage. Very good experience.

Great Service! Precision installed our garage door electronics over ten years ago. We have had them out to fix the spring and put electronics in our single garage door. We have a three-car garage. Good men all.

The technician, Garret, was timely within the allotted 4 hour period and called me a few time to update his arrival time. He was pleasant and explained what he thought the problem was with our door intermittently yet frequently not closing. This resulted in the purchase of new garage door sensors as well as a thorough "tune-up" service. That option is not listed below in the choices for purchase of a new product. The ultimate star rating, of course, will be determined by how well the suggested fix works but I have to be optimistic that he has solved a persistent and nagging problem that we have had for a significant time.
