Excellent and speedy service. I needed to have broken garage door springs replaced at a rental property on a Sunday morning. I called their office and was given a 4 hour window (8-12) for the tech to arrive. 15 minutes later, the technician, Victor arrived at the unit! Victor assessed the situation, formulated a cost estimate with several options to choose from. The work was done professionally and pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely call Precision Door Repair again if I need any garage door/opener service! Thank you very much!

Technician Russ is a great man! He arranged to work with a last minute schedule change and when he did arrive to work on the garage door he diagnosed the problem ASAP and explained fully the solution. He worked quickly, cleanly and took care of everything perfectly. Highly recommended.

Called Precision who sent out a technician right away, who called, as promised, to alert me to arrival time. Diagnosed problem immediately. Had part. Replaced it. Tuned up my opener. Very personable. Your service representative, Victor J, was extremely courteous and friendly, and called me at the beginning of the service window to advise me of the time he would arrive, and arrived on time. He was very fast, efficient and knowledgeable. My only quibble was the price -- but for such prompt service on a Sunday, it was worth it! In an attempt to sync my garage door remote to my car I botched the job and my garage door would only open 3/4's of the way. Russ came in and knocked it out quickly and had me on my way to work far sooner than I anticipated. very informative. Will call precision first for all future garage door needs.

Victor was our technician and he provided outstanding service. Our tenant had moved out of our rental unit and left the garage door broken. We had driven up from San Diego to deal with the situation. We called Precision that morning and they not only provided same day service but came a bit early which allowed us to return to San Diego without a long delay. Sales rep inspected our current gargage door and was able to give us a large variety of possible solutions to our door problem. I would recommend Precision doors to any one that needs a new garage door. The main reason is there customer service & they stand behind there doors. I had a new door installed and unfortunately It broke. When I call Precision doors to tell they what happened they where very apologetic about it & told me that they would send someone out to see what happened. There tech. told me that they would replace everything. Not to many complains would do this, they would give some reason on how they would try to fix it without replacing it. There techs are very knowledgeable & very professional as well as polite.
