If I could give zero stars I would. Had a garage door installed 4/20/2023 and less than a year later the entire door tracks break. Pretty sure a brand new garage door and track should not be breaking 11 months later. Company refused it being under warranty and tried to charge $900+ for the repair. LESS THAN A YEAR LATER. Not sure what kind of faulty, cheap materials are used but garage doors or their tracks should not be breaking in less than a year and no way should their product and service not be honored for such a large purchase. Talk about a joke. Will never use this company again and if I ever see them recommended somewhere online I will make sure the potential clients know what poor customer service and quality their garage doors are.

My garage door spring broke and my car was "trapped" inside the garage because the door could not be opened, not even manually. The Tech, Dylan F. arrived and reviewed my situation. He answered my questions about the door spring and emergency release on my door opener, and offered me options (with explanations) to replace the door opener spring. Dylan replaced the door spring with the two spring option, balanced the door, and made certain that the door operated and closed to my satisfaction. Dylan was courteous and professional and a pleasure to have work on my garage door. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Dylan was there 15 min after I called the office - even faster than the scheduler said. He explained all the issues and solution options to me clearly and efficiently. My Liftmaster garage door opens by itself, made an appointment on July20. The technician did visual check my motor and remote control and re-programmed it but did not solve the problem. It all happened in about 15 mins and I get billed afterwards. Its a waste of time and money.

It was Labor Day holiday and we needed the broken spring repair done as soon as possible. With Precision Door 24/7 call center we reached an associate who was able to book an appointment for next day between 8am – 12pm. as all available slots for the current day were taken. Within an hour of our initial call, a representative called to let us know he had a technician that was available between 12 – 4 current day. Dylan called us when he was two stops away and would call once he was headed to our residence. They arrived at 2:00. Our technicians Dylan and Brandon did a professional job. They inspected the door, springs and hinges. We were given three repair options. We chose the most comprehensive one. The repair was completed soon than expected. When they were done the door worked better than it had in years. We highly recommend Precision Door. Everyone was professional and courteous and exceeded our expectations.
