Perfect repair work today with Mike. Scheduling an appt was easy with a live person, even on a Sunday night. Was given a 4-hour repair window for the next day, received an email confirmation five minutes after booking the appt., was called the day of the appt. with a more specific time of arrival, and Mike even arrived more promptly to my home than I did. He and Trevor thoroughly diagnosed the issue and how it was caused and options for refurbishing or replacing the opener. Quickly made the repair, made all adjustments for the smoothest opener performance until they were perfect, and reviewed the warranty coverage. This was the second time Mike's fixed my garage door (previous visit was to replace the spring) and both visits were a big relief to these issues. Highly recommend Precision Door Service and the Simi Valley team.

You guys are real nice and professional. I had to have $800.00 of work done in February just to have to buy a new garage door this month. I wish there would have been some sort of discount or upgrade available because of the money I have spent but regardless, I am satisfied with everyone that I have dealt with at Precision.

Mike was very efficient and handled the broken springs and worn bearings on our overhead in a very timely manner. He also reviewed our invoice from 2007 and honored the warranty, even though it appeared it was not completed properly at that time and that we had more coverage than we should have. In addition, he handled a minor problem with our lower door weather stripping without my asking, just because he noticed it was coming loose. I'm very pleased with his performance.

Our garage door got stuck and the tracks were bent. Our service person came to the rescue. He really did know what he was doing. Within about 30 min. we were back in business. We also had him go ahead and put new springs on it. Worked better than new!

I had a good experience with Precision and Russ who came for the service call. I appreciated the extra Customer Service items, phone calls to dial in the appointment time, and email alerting me who the staff looks like. What a great idea. The new garage door opener and set of springs hums along, quietly. It used to sound as if a rocket was launching out of the garage. Cheers!

I chose Pricision after reading the customer reveiws. I am not a fan of the 4 hr window because like so many others I have to work. Russell did did great showing up on the early side of my window. My garage door spring broke on Saturday evening, I called them at 5pm and on Sunday at 9am, Jaysen came and installed two springs, one on each side and lubed and sprayed all moving parts. Door works great and is much quieter than before, highly recommend them to all.

I called Precision today (Sunday) at 2pm for an emergency service appointment for a broken garage door spring. I was greeted with a very nice knowledgeable person who checked the schedule and told me someone would be there between now and 6pm, WOW, what service! I said I wouldn't be home until 3pm and she said no problem. At 2:20 I got a call from service tech Anthony Diaz that he would be there about 3 or 3:10pm, I was VERY impressed. I got home at 3:05 and he was there. He analyzed the problem, offered me 3 price options of repair, I chose one and he was finished in 15 mins.! I want to say that Anthony Diaz was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I WILL call this company for any Garage Door repairs or installation and I WILL ask for the technician Anthony Diaz.
