You guys are real nice and professional. I had to have $800.00 of work done in February just to have to buy a new garage door this month. I wish there would have been some sort of discount or upgrade available because of the money I have spent but regardless, I am satisfied with everyone that I have dealt with at Precision.

Mike was very efficient and handled the broken springs and worn bearings on our overhead in a very timely manner. He also reviewed our invoice from 2007 and honored the warranty, even though it appeared it was not completed properly at that time and that we had more coverage than we should have. In addition, he handled a minor problem with our lower door weather stripping without my asking, just because he noticed it was coming loose. I'm very pleased with his performance.

Our garage door got stuck and the tracks were bent. Our service person came to the rescue. He really did know what he was doing. Within about 30 min. we were back in business. We also had him go ahead and put new springs on it. Worked better than new!

I appreciated the extra Customer Service items, phone calls to dial in the appointment time, and email alerting me who the staff looks like. What a great idea. I chose Pricision after reading the customer reveiws. I am not a fan of the 4 hr window because like so many others I have to work. Russell did did great showing up on the early side of my window. My garage door spring broke on Saturday evening, I called them at 5pm and on Sunday at 9am, Jaysen came and installed two springs, one on each side and lubed and sprayed all moving parts. Door works great and is much quieter than before, highly recommend them to all.

I called Precision today (Sunday) at 2pm for an emergency service appointment for a broken garage door spring. I was greeted with a very nice knowledgeable person who checked the schedule and told me someone would be there between now and 6pm, WOW, what service! I said I wouldn't be home until 3pm and she said no problem. At 2:20 I got a call from service tech Anthony Diaz that he would be there about 3 or 3:10pm, I was VERY impressed. I got home at 3:05 and he was there. He analyzed the problem, offered me 3 price options of repair, I chose one and he was finished in 15 mins.! I want to say that Anthony Diaz was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I WILL call this company for any Garage Door repairs or installation and I WILL ask for the technician Anthony Diaz.

Mike arrived on time, explained our problem to my satisfaction, expeditiously replaced 3 overhead horizontal springs, including the one broken in two pieces (12 years of service, so, good use of my original door). Prophylactically replaced the still operational 12 year old spring on my third door (a single garage door) with recommended bearings, all in less than 2 hours. Doors operate quieter than ever. Very satisfied.

I returned home from vacation to find out that my garage door was not functioning properly. I researched the web and read all current reviews. I selected Precision based on these reviews. I set the appointment and received a call from the technician Russ Trumpy at 8 am advising he was on his way. Russ arrived and reviewed what the issue was, made up a quote and advised what he thought was the best fix. I agreed with Russ and the garage door is now working perfectly. I called you because you helped me 10 years ago. This year, however, you were not in the Santa Barbara phone book, but I had your name in my files. Your work was fine 10 years ago, and fine today.
