Russ was fantastic. Within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was and had it solved. Prior to this we were dealing daily with a malfunction of the door that was very frustrating. Danny came 10/31 at around 8 am to my home. My garage door had a broken spring. He worked very hard for about 3 hours to get it fixed. After many attempts and a broken window glass, he had to give up. At about 4;30 pm, Louis showed up to try his luck. After about 30 minutes, the door was fixed and now works correctly. In fact, he is going to order and install the new glass. Overall I am very pleased with the timely repair and the attitudes of the 2 repairmen. It is unfortunate that there were problems with the job, but they are taking care of it. Thank you Steve Schiff

Precision garage door company is a nationwide company and I doubt if they will ever go out of business, so you won't have to worry about your warranty. Mike Benhardt is very pleasant, knowledgeable guy. I had a broken spring, coils and he explained everything that needed to be done.He was here a little over an hour and had everything working great! He is a very nice guy and knows what he is doing.
