The technician, Russ, was very professional, timely and efficient. What I liked most is he gave me my options and told me ahead of time what may be required in simple language, which was exactly what I expected being a property manager for a few decades. He gave me enough information so that I could determine the cost and quality that fit the current needs of my owner.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received from Precision. From the start when I spoke to Jasmin who was great in setting up the appointment, explaining everything and keeping us informed of when the installation would take place. Jaysen was wonderful when he came and give us the estimate, very thorough and answered all our questions. Sergio and Dave were the installers and did such a great job removing our very old garage door and installing the new one. They were so efficient and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage needs.

Perfect repair work today with Mike. Scheduling an appt was easy with a live person, even on a Sunday night. Was given a 4-hour repair window for the next day, received an email confirmation five minutes after booking the appt., was called the day of the appt. with a more specific time of arrival, and Mike even arrived more promptly to my home than I did. He and Trevor thoroughly diagnosed the issue and how it was caused and options for refurbishing or replacing the opener. Quickly made the repair, made all adjustments for the smoothest opener performance until they were perfect, and reviewed the warranty coverage. This was the second time Mike's fixed my garage door (previous visit was to replace the spring) and both visits were a big relief to these issues. Highly recommend Precision Door Service and the Simi Valley team.
