The repair man, Daniel Radcliffe, showed up right on time, assesses the problem and installed a new garage door opener, wall remote and provided me with 2 new remotes. He also fixed the remote in my car in a very efficient manner. My door opener works great and is very quiet now. Good job.

This is the second time I had Mike service a garage door problem for me. Again he did a really outstanding job. Took the time to explain new opener and it's features. Was very thorough in cleaning up, and took all away all old parts and any boxes etc that were left after the installation of the new opener.

You have always come the day I called and one time you came out late after a full day of work, fixed the problem for no charge. The door had come down as I was backing out and was bent. Five stars for the quick response and excellent repair work by Russ on my off track door. However I am not happy about paying $225 for some thing I see as a design flaw in the door mechanism itself. The door came down on the back of the car (my fault) but instead of stopping it skewed the door which caused the cables to come off the pulley. The door is supposed to stop when it meets resistance not screw up the cables, twist the tracks and cost me a big bill. To whom may I address my complaint?

I was very impressed with Russ. He was very professional, knowledgable, and skilled. He was able to repair our garage door quickly yet he was thorough. And this was despite the fact that he had been working a very long day. While I appreciated that the repair was accomplished the same day I called, I wish the office could have given me a better idea of when to expect Russ to arrived.

Scheduled an appointment, within a day Russ came out told be what I needed and was ready to do it on the spot ! Due to timing I couldn't do it but he came back the next morning and knocked it out in a couple hours ! I was vary impressed with the quality of work and customer service. I had a new motor installed and a door rebuild and couldn't be happier !!

Its saturday afternoon and i'm about to clean the garage. I hit the button and the door stops a few foot and it's all crooked. The slide lock was moved over so one side wouldn't budge. I tried fixing it but it got worse and the rollers were falling off. I keep my dogs in garage during cold weather so I needed it fixed quick. I called around but no one was interested or were sharks. I called Precision and said they would be out between 4-6. At 5:00 Russ shows up. Russ knows his stuff. Took him an hour and half but made me relieved. Thanks Precision for saving the day Randy

Very professional. Carefully examined our existing -- non-functioning -- garage door opener, determined that it was under warranty and would be replaced without question after consulting supervisor. Russ also told us that the old opener type, purchased from and installed by Precision, had been replaced by a new type more appropriate for solid doors, and this is the one that he installed. He learned that our association requests that garage doors remain closed, and extended his work schedule to return before the weekend to install the new opener. Several days after the work was completed I had some questions, left a message with the Precision office, and Russ called back ASAP with good answers to my concerns. This is definitely a 5-star guy!

Our old garage door opener was 15 or so years old and had finally failed. The guys came out and replaced it with a new one and we were very happy with the work and the features the new one had. Very friendly guys too!

I had Mike come out and repair our broken torsion spring which was about 12 years old and failed due to metal fatigue. Mike clearly explained the process to me and he was he was very professional and quick. Dear Chuck, Your installer Luis is an asset to your company and because of his knowledge I've given you a five star rating. After having two men out to measure the garage door, both incorrectly, Luis came out on the third try and got everything correct and the new door works great!! Perhaps you should train your measuring staff how to do this portion of the job correctly then you would have less delays and happier customers. Your other employees were very cordial and professional just lacking in experience...in need of better training !! Thank Luis for saving the day !!

Free remote for easy access and a rebate for mobile app for notifications of when the garage is opened as well as allowing me to open or close it when I'm not home!
