Tech, Mike, showed within time frame I was given for appt. He explained to me everything he would do. A spring broke and as stated on their website they would be replacing both since they were 8 years old. Mike worked fast and efficient. Would definitely call them again for any garage door needs. The only glitch I had was I requested an appt online an the e-mail did not get to the appropriate person until after 1pm the next day. Per the automated e-mail response I called in the morning when I had not heard from anyone.

Vic was our tech. although you don"t have him listed as an option. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He was running late but did call to let us know which was a nice courtesy. The parts seemed a little pricey but what isn't in California. Hopefully I'm paying for quality. Time will tell. Overall I would call Precision again if I have any garage door repairs needed.

I chose Precision Door company because I had them service my door the previous August of 2012. And the service was EXCELLENT! The work performed was very thorough. The technician also was honest in what should be replaced, and what could be post-poned until the next time. I appreciated this so the repair bill was not that expensive.

We have enjoyed our Precision Garage Door for over 9 years. On a recent Sunday evening when closing the door, I heard a loud "screech" and the door was out of alignment and would not close. It looked like one of the rollers came out of the track. I called Precision at 10:05pm to leave a message and Ashley answered! I was amazed that someone "live" would answer late on a Sunday evening. Ashley said Precision was open and available 24-hrs a day! Wow! Ashley set-up an appointmnet for the following day. As scheduled, technician Martin arrived and after hearing my story of what happened and reviewing the current garage door equipment, began to service and repair the equipment. Martin showed me that the springs were old and could still be used but suggested new springs for just a few dollars more. He also changed the exsiting older rollers on the door to new rollers that were better suited for the door. Martin's attitude and professionalism were outstanding. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently he worked. When finished, Martin had me try opening and closing the door a few times. I could not believe how quiet the door was now and how well everything worked! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to family and friends!

Great service! When the technician was delayed in meeting my appoitment I was notified over an an hour before he was scheduled. When the technician arrived he offered several repair options. He then proceded to replace my broken door spring and lube the entire opening system in an hour. Manually opening the door before was a weight lifitng contect. Now, it opens with two finger. Thanks again.
