Precision was recommended by my neighbor, Bill Saake. I called on April 6, and Mike came out and replaced a broken spring on my main garage door. He was courteous and efficient and I was quite pleased with him and the same day service. I called again today because I was having problems getting the door to close. Problem was electrical - with the sensors. Mike was sent again, and replaced the intermittent sensors and, at my request, added a stiffener to the door. I'm very pleased with Mike - and the service - once again. I will highly recommend you to others and will call you again when I need door service.

Found company in phone book and based on presentation of the quality and professional ad we decided to go with Precision. All conversations with the receptionist and service man were very pleasant and you could tell they were concerned for the customer. The technician identified the problem immediately and replaced the springs in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative about the companies products and services. I would recommend them highly. I called another garage door place and they told me that a technician wouldn't be out to me the next day even though they said same day service in yellow pages. I next called Precision Garage and they sent the technician the same day.

I had an old motor that was working great but I needed a remote. I called Precision and the office told me that all the technicians should have a remote that will work on just about any opener. She scheduled me an appointment for late that day. Brian arrived and had no problem getting his remote to operate the door so I thought maybe itd be best to buy two and have them programmed while he was here. Precision did a great job.
