Garage spring broke on a Sunday. Service person came out about an hour after the call, I thought that was pretty impressive. Garage door was fixed and price was reasonable. Martin was very professional. Would use Precision again if needed.

Insurance was important so were the discounts offered both the senior citizen discount and coupon offered through facebook. Garage door in need of repair and appreciated thorough explanation of exactly what that would entail. I would be sure to recommend your company to anyone. Service was prompt, friendly and courteous.

Precision was recommended by my neighbor, Bill Saake.  I called on April 6, and Mike came out and replaced a broken spring on my main garage door.  He was courteous and efficient and I was quite pleased with him and the same day service.  I called again today because I was having problems getting the door to close.  Problem was electrical - with the sensors.  Mike was sent again, and replaced the intermittent sensors and, at my request, added a stiffener to the door.  I'm very pleased with Mike - and the service - once again.  I will highly recommend you to others and will call you again when I need door service.

Friendly, answered all of my questions, asked questions to make sure that he had all of the information, made suggestions but no pressure to include anything that I didn't want. Took his time to explain in detail. Made sure that I was satisfied with the information. A good representative.

We had been having problems with our doors for some time and as they were over 20 years we assumed we had to replace them all. We were impressed that Precision stocks all part on the truck and Mike was able to repair all three doors that day for a reasonable price. Thanks again!

The technicians appearance and attitude were a huge compliment to your business. We had dinner plans and were about to cancel before the technician arrived. We felt so very comfortable with him that we left him to lock up and went to dinner. He called us when he completed the job to assure that he locked up behind him and thanked us for our business. A true pleasure doing business with you, Thanks alot!

The technician identified the problem immediately and replaced the springs in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative about the companies products and services. I would recommend them highly. I called another garage door place and they told me that a technician wouldn't be out to me the next day even though they said same day service in yellow pages. I next called Precision Garage and they sent the technician the same day.
