Brandon Vanwhy called me at the beginning of my service window to let me know aproximately when he would arrive. Very helpful. I have a 21 year old garage door and the motor acts up often and always struggles. Brandon did a thorough inspection and made his recomendations. I did have him replace all the mechanics for the door. It now runs smoothly and quietly! He also sent me an estimate for the replacement of the door (bent in places and putting a strain on the mechanism) and options for a new door... which I will review with my daughter and we will place the order to replace the door. The tech that arrived was Brandon and I was impressed with his total garage door knowledge. There is a lot more physics involved that has to do with the operation and longevity of your garage door than you would think. He did an excellent job repairing my door and explained everything to me.
