The tech that came to our house was wonderful! He let me know when he would arrive, and was here exactly when he said he would be. He explained everything he was doing, and even liked our little dogs!! He had the whole spring job done in about an hour. His name is Jason. Even the receptionist, Karen, who made the appointment for us, was more than kind & helpful. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs!!

The technician diagnosed the problem and suggested a replacement for our very old garage door opener. We are pleased with the new opener which is much quieter than the original lift mechanism and has many improved features. The technician was prepared to install the opener, worked efficiently, and left the garage area clean and free of debris. It was a five star experience!

I contacted Precision Garage Doors and was greeted by a live person. She informed me an installer could come to my home between 2 and 6. The installer called me at 2PM and told me he would arrive within 20 minutes. He arrived within 15 minutes. His name was Miles. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, informative, and polite. He went over all my options and left the decision to me. I made my decision and he went right to work. He finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time and then demonstrated the new garage door opener, it's features and benefits. He cleaned up after himself and then asked me if I had any other questions or concerns. He left me his card and told me to contact him if I experienced any problems or had any questions about anything. Miles was a true professional and represented his company with integrity. I will contact Precision Garage Doors for all my future needs. I would also recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who would like a very hassle free experience.

I don't usually write reviews but this time I wanted to say that though I thought the service was very good, I believe from talking to other people that have had the springs replaced, we were grossly over-charged. We were told we needed the most expensive (only two choices) which were $250 each (x 2) and since we needed the springs we agreed and paid for them and the service. However nearly everyone I've spoken to, says that the springs shouldn't have been more that $100 each and I checked with home depot and see that they run from $30 to $70 if bought there. Regardless, its done but it makes me not want to refer your business to others. I am a long standing business man in Ventura and refer other small businesses like yourself to others. Our garage door is no spring chicken so it needed some tender care. Replaced the broken spring with two long lasting ones. Replaced all the old and cracked rollers with new type. Lube and adjusted every thing and adjusted the opener. All this was done by Hrash under the guiding hand of master teacher, Russ. Expect big things from Hrash-he’s a keeper! Russ is the master instructor and his student seems ready to be his own master! I have used Precision Door Service several years ago and was impressed, so when I required service again I knew to call. They are prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.

Service man arrived on time and evaluated problem. Needed new rubber seal on bottom of 16 ft door. Work performed was good and took about 1/2 hour. Seal cost installed was $12 per foot. This seems very high for a $25 rubber seal. If you assume seal at $25 the 30 minutes of labor was $167. This would be an hourly rate of over $320 an hour.

I am super happy with Precision Door Services and I'd recommend them to any of my friends. The spring on my garage door failed on a Sunday night and Precision was able to get a tech out to me on Monday. Russ, my tech, was excellent. He called me several times on Monday to keep me in the loop on when he'd arrive, he clearly explained what was wrong and the work he'd be doing, and he gave me a clear quote (which he stuck to.) I appreciated how clear and honest he was and that he helped me to form a long-term plan of action for my garage door. I will definitely be calling Precision again for my future garage-door needs.
