First and foremost, Trevor, our technician, was amazing. We have a very heavy double car garage door that had a broken spring on top, and both cables on either side of the garage door were kaput and needed replacing. Both of our cars were trapped inside the garage and I didnt think Trevor would be able to work in such tight quarters. I was wrong: he was very stealth and precise and managed to maneuver around both cars and get everything fixed. In addition to the broken door, and the trapped cars, we honestly didn't think we'd find someone on the weekend, but Trevor showed up when expected with a smile on his face and everything was repaired and good as new in less than an hour! He is very professinal, efficient, thorough with his inspection and explanation, and a sincerely nice guy. I would highly recommend Precision Doors for your garage door troubles, and definitely ask for Trevor. He's the best, without a doubt. Very pleased customer!

I would be so happy if every business ran as well as Precision Doors. They have a user friendly web site. The phone is always answered by a person and was answered later in the evening, and they made an appointment right then. I had to reschedule and they did that right away. We are very pleased with our new garage doors. During the planning and selection process we successfully dealt with Russ Trumpy, Sam C, and Rafael A. Sergio Avila and David Hamel were the installers. It was very easy and pleasant to have them working at our home. However, initially they were put at a slight disadvantage as they were not provided with some pieces of primed wood necessary for the installation. They were not informed that this wood was needed but they quickly went to the closest Home Depot and procured the necessary wood. I was very anxious about this at the time but they certainly knew what to do. ??????????
