We are very happy and satisfied with the service Russ Trumpy gave us. He repaired our garage door which would not open and replaced the necessary parts. Technician showed up within time specified. He replaced the broken springs and brought to my attention that everything else on door has been replaced except for the end bearings. I went ahead and replaced those in hopes that my door will be trouble free for as long as possible.

I was very surprised and pleased that Daniel and Frank were able to arrive before the scheduled 2-hour window - it freed up the rest of my day! They were both courteous and thorough, and explained to me exactly what was needed to repair my opener. They completed the job quickly and swept debris from my garage floor before leaving. Russ was fantastic. Within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was and had it solved. Prior to this we were dealing daily with a malfunction of the door that was very frustrating. The service call was very reasonable and their man showed up on time. I will be calling them on a regular basis to service my door and when the time comes, they will replace what is needed. Danny came 10/31 at around 8 am to my home. My garage door had a broken spring. He worked very hard for about 3 hours to get it fixed. After many attempts and a broken window glass, he had to give up. At about 4;30 pm, Louis showed up to try his luck. After about 30 minutes, the door was fixed and now works correctly. In fact, he is going to order and install the new glass. Overall I am very pleased with the timely repair and the attitudes of the 2 repairmen. It is unfortunate that there were problems with the job, but they are taking care of it. Thank you Steve Schiff

Russ Trumpy did a fantastic job repairing a prior maintenance job where new springs were needed and a plate relocated. Precision garage door company is a nationwide company and I doubt if they will ever go out of business, so you won't have to worry about your warranty. Mike Benhardt is very pleasant, knowledgeable guy. I had a broken spring, coils and he explained everything that needed to be done.He was here a little over an hour and had everything working great! He is a very nice guy and knows what he is doing.
