We got off to a rocky start with scheduling, but now have no hesitation fully recommending this company. We got new rollers on our door, part lubrication, and a new light installed in the overhead mechanism. Our service technician, Miles, was excellent. We clearly know what to expect in the next few years, as far as what will be due for replacement. We’re satisfied customers.

Great customer service and friendly staff. We got our garage fixed right away.

Jodi

Great service and polite crew, but the price gouging on parts is a dealbreaker. Charging $29 for a $5 hinge is hard to swallow, even considering business overhead. I'd recommend the labor, but the material costs were disappointing

The spring was replaced. My only problem with Precision was how it's expensive it was.

Ali McCallister

Very professional, great knowledge, efficient and friendly.

Only complaint is 4 hour windows with no idea as to when they'll be here. I would think that with your experience, you could give better estimates either the night before or morning. Also, service performed does not include tune up and lube as a choice which this visit was. Thanks.
