I came home this morning and when I closed my garage door, I heard a loud pop and bang. I walked into the garage to see the door spring in 2 pieces. I called Precision and before very long Miles Herrera was here. I informed him of a time crunch I had and he immediately assessed the situation and went to work. We talked while he disassembled and then reassembled the spring mechanisms. As I watched him work, we talked about the benefits of a new door and I decided that a replacement door was in order. Miles finished the job and cleaned up the site with plenty of time for me to get to my appointment. I highly recommend Miles and am very happy with the work that he did, and Precision Overhead Garage Door has another happy customer because of him.

Excellent Service call. The technician Garrett was friendly and professional. I had a new motor installed last year and all of a sudden it started not closing all the way down. Our garage door mechanism unexpectedly failed, and we could not get our cars out of our garage! We called Precision and a technician was sent out the following day. Miles was very friendly and carefully explained to us what had happened and what our options were. I think we were able to make the right decision for our situation because his explanations were very thorough and clear. He then proceeded to fix everything, and we now have a better mechanism than we had before. Problem solved!
