Experienced a problem with one of my garage doors. It would open in the mornings but would fail to open in the heat of day. I called Precision Door, made an appointment and Garret shows up. At first, he was stumped. However, not to be deterred, he eventually discovered the phantom issue, corrected it and all is good in the universe. Garret appeared within the time frame established, presented himself in an orderly, confident manner and set upon curing the problem. I would definitely use Precision Door again if the need arises.

I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. My technician, Julian Bacca, replaced the weatherstripping and performed a full garage door tune-up. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I understood everything he was doing. The service was excellent from start to finish, and my garage door is working perfectly. I will definitely use Precision Door Service again and highly recommend them.

Miles did an outstanding job. Analyzed the issues with the operation of the garage door and had the solutions. This was a garage door that was in the model home in a new development and had upgrades throughout the house except for the garage door which was provided the wrong size motor for the door. Miles installed a proper new motor with the correct springs for the heavy door. It is now safe and operating correctly. A real professional job.

Always professional, responsive, great appointment updating, polite, clean. And always fixes the problem. My only comment is I think they are expensive sometimes. Today seemed excessive for the parts and labor. I'm hesitant to try someone else because their service is 5 star, but I may if we have need of further repairs.

Great when they sold us the doors, but trim not done correctly, no one would call us back. We had a problem with the doors, someone came out and told us someone would call to schedule, didn’t happen. We called three weeks later and got on their schedule, waited all day for them never showed. Use someone else.
